We were getting ready for a new couch and when we pulled out the old one I thought we were going to have to get new carpet as well. You don't notice till you see high traffic areas right next to untouched carpet that's been under a couch for four years. Anyway, threw a "Hail Mary" and called Laura at Full service Carpet Care. It was short notice. They came on Monday. They were in and out in about an hour for 3 rooms. The carpets look INCREDIBLE!!!
Great job guys! I will set a reminder so it's not 3-4 years between cleanings. Jim and Bryan were knowledgeable and professional. The job was done well and fast.

They do not do a good job cleaning. I had them come clean my couch and it looked worse after they left. The first two photos are what a few parts of the couch look like after they left, but my grey couch is covered with brown streaks. They came again in order to fix their bad job but it doesn’t look any different. And they had a lot of excuses. That it was my dogs fault the couch is dirty(which is both irrelevant and untrue) or maybe the couch is so old(its less than two years old) At one point, he said it’s because whoever cleaned the couch before must have used something to cause the brown but THEY are the one that cleaned it before. In the end they said my grey couch has brown undertones which is irrelevant because they undertones wouldnt be splotchy and streaky. In the end they failed to take ANY responsibility. I wondered if I could do a better job and so I did in the third photo is there work (left) vs my work (right) and that’s how much dirt I pulled after using hot water and bissel cleaner. The amount of dirt I pulled is after they “cleaned” twice. I have to redo my entire sectional but they wont give a refund. Save your money, rent a shampooer at Lowes and do a better cheaper job.

Had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning company! Our rental home’s carpets were left in terrible condition after the tenants moved out, but Jim and his team did an amazing job restoring them. They were professional, friendly and worked efficiently from start to finish. Best of all, their pricing was very reasonable.

Call them first if you ever need carpet cleaning done. You won’t be disappointed!

Prices are not competitive. Nothing I couldn’t have done with a stater brothers shampooer at 1/6 the cost. Wouldn’t recommend. They also catch cats on their property without signs and release them in the wild to die instead of a animal shelter. Kinda random, but that’s the small talk you get with him.

Royal Service cleaned our carpets perfectly. Instead of leaving the carpet soggy, there was virtually no moisture remaining. Very professional!

Greg and Les always do a great job . I’ve used him for several years . Great on pet stains and he does car interiors as well . Does floors tile and grout to
