The owners jim and laura at full service carpet care have been cleaning are carpets and upholstery for over 10 years,they are always on time and do a great job,this time we had a pipe break that flooded are carpets..they got there at 1am and did everything needed to get are carpets back to normal. thanks again.

Just wanna send a thank you to this great company. Showed up on time. Went above and beyond to make my white carpet the cleanest I have ever seen it? After everything they even reduced the quote given by phone since it the job was slightly smaller than they expected. Something they didn't have to do by any means.

My parents live in Hemet, and as we were celebrating for the holidays some wine was spilled and their carpet looked doomed. They did an amazing job and very affordable! I spent so much money on portable machines and so much time doing it myself. The bissell machine practically ruined my carpet but they saved it! Will definitely use the again and refer to others!

So impressed! On time, friendly, and fair. Did a great job on original carpet from the 70s I a mobile park. We were quoted over $2000 to replace carpet, 1/3 of what it cost to buy the home...lol....I decided to go this route and am so glad I did. They even cleaned the cats house/scratching post. These guys are great! I've used them 3 times now for my rentals and it always turns out better than expected. The most recent was a cleaning after a flood and the carpet looks better now than it did before the flood took place.

It is a family owned business.They are such great people, very respectful, professional and they are not just their to get your money, they are their to make sure that you are getting the service you not only are paying for but deserve. After they are done cleaning they go over every room with you, and if you have a concern or question or they will gladly fix it or take care of it for you. They make sure that you are 100% satisfied before leaving. Of all the years i have been with them i have never had them come back after a job to re do anything. They have wonderful customer service skills and are just over all sweet people and that is why I have stuck with them for so long. I would recommend any one and everyone to Jim and Laura because they can and will guarantee the best service for you.

Jim showed up on time, which told me a lot about the company because he had to travel quite a distance. I had a few problem spots that I mentioned right out of the gate, he took care of all of them. He worked quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything was spotless!! A+ quality. I will use Full Service Carpet Care again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Great customer, and prompt service. Cleaned our carpets to better than what I imagined they could be. After stains from parties, kids, and grandkids, carpet looks close to new again. Very, very pleased, and will use only them to clean our other rooms this summer.

2nd time using this company they do a great job with hard work and good equipment I have no complaints and will be using them again
