Had received Jim's name from a friend and had him come to the house to clean the upholstery and carpets throughout the house. He and Laura were prompt and were able to get everything done in an efficient and friendly manner. The carpet and upholstery throughout the house looks GREAT! We were amazed especially with how well the upholstery looked and felt afterwards. We'll definitely have them back and would be happy to refer them to our friends!

The cleaned our carpets and they look brand new! Our couch was done as well and looks amazing. Definetely reccomend!

These people are life savers! 11/20 was an absolute circus for us! I had booked another cleaning service to come out after I couldn't get a hold of full service to come out. Well that company never showed and left me high and dry. I was ready to cry. I tried calling full service one more time- and they answered! They had the time to come out and get it done, as someone on their schedule had just canceled. It worked out perfectly. They were out here twenty minutes after we got off the phone. They are really sweet, care about their customers, and do great work! My stairs and hallway look amazing. They truly came through and saved the day, and even charged me less than the company that flaked on me.

Just had Jim and Laura out for the first time and as far as I was concerned I knew they had a difficult challenge ... yeah, the carpets were that bad. I am so happy to say that the Full Service Carpet Care team absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations. If you think your carpets are beyond help (i thought mine were) then Jim and Laura are the folks you want to call .... did I say they EXCEEDED expectations?!!! Jim and Laura did a fantastic job! I didn't think my carpet could be saved and my deposit was going to be gone but it looks great and I got my whole deposit back! They were worth every penny I would recommend them to anyone

Full Service Carpet Care, Jim, was recommended to me by my mom and sister. They were right. This was the best carpet cleaning ever. Jim has cleaned my carpet, upholstery, R.V., truck, area rugs, children's soiled matteresses. They look like new after he cleans them. We have never been let down. He is honest and very hard working. Who cares more about a company than the owner? NOBODY. I have used Full Service for over 6 years and will continue to do so. I completely trust Jim and his wife with my furniture, carpet, everything. Great service! Carpet look amazing and absolutely amazing people! I hadn't moved some stuff off the carpet yet with the crazy day I had. I'm pregnant and moving and they helped me move a few things out of the way to get the best clean possible. Such great personalities and character these two have!! Thank you so much! We have used Full Service Carpet Care for over four years now, and I am happy to recommend their service. Laura and Jim are knowledgeable, kind, hardworking and courteous professionals. My carpets always look and smell their best once they’ve worked their magic. We have three kids, a cat and a dog - so you know our carpets take some serious abuse! You would never know it after they’ve been cleaned, though!

We have also had our tile cleaned by Full Service Carpet Care and it was amazing to see the before and after difference.

Especially in these crazy times, it feels so important to have fresh, clean floors. We are home all the time now, and there are only so many rugs you can throw over stains before it makes sense to just get the carpets cleaned. And by the way - no stains! They have always gotten every mark out of my carpet.

We recently moved to a new house and needed to get our carpets and floors cleaned. We wanted someone local so we reached out to Full Service Carpet Care. Laura answered and was able to quote me a very reasonable amount for what was needed. We scheduled it and Jim came right on time on the scheduled day.
I did have to add a few more areas that i wanted cleaned and Jim was very accommodating. I really appreciate that kind of service.
I had to run out while they were working and by the time I got back, they were almost done. I added a large 9x12 rug and they gracefully cleaned it for us (for a small fee of course).

Professional, local, husband/wife team which is cool, and did a fantastic job. We have off white carpet and it is high maintenance. We finally decided we needed more than just our spot-clean Bissel. We highly recommend Jim & Laura and we will be using them again when needed.
