This was my first plumber experience as a home owner and both technicians were extremely personable and polite, made for an excellent experience. I’d had a clog I couldn’t get fixed for years, guys were here for an hour and got it working, even when it seemed like the clog wouldn’t go they kept at it until it was better than ever.

Great service! Called AIM cause they are right there in NorthPark. Alex was at the house in minutes. Changed out a water heater including hauling the old one in less time than I could look one up online. Fast. Honest. Definitely will use AIM again.

Called AIM Plumbing for an estimate to replace faucets and repair a leak. Alex gave an honest and fair evaluation. Explained the situation and what was needed. When he arrived, got right to work and completed project nonstop. Inspected at completion. Perfection! I can’t remember a time when I was more pleased with a job. We had a pipe burst under our house and after turning off the water, we called Aim Plumbing since we liked their great reviews. Alex and his crew arrived right away and informed us that the water needed to be drained before they could mend the pipe; so, he called a company that also did a great job. Once the water was drained, Alex repaired the burst pipe and showed us pictures of the existing 90 year old piping/plumbing. We decided to get all new piping and felt the quote from Alex was fair. Once the water was drained, Alex and his crew worked hard and went over and beyond by tweaking plumbing that was originally put in wrong. They were always on time, worked efficiently and quickly. We would highly recommend Aim Plumbing because we were extremely pleased with the outcome.

I needed to replace the valve in my shower. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest and trustworthy. He and his coworker, Mike, had to cut out a bunch of tiles. They did a great job being careful so that I could reuse the tiles to patch the wall again. My shower is good as new thanks to them. I would recommend Alex and Mike to anyone.

Alex and his team did an outstanding job. We had a clogging issue in a location that was hard to reach, and was affecting multiple bathrooms. We contacted them one evening after an unsuccessful attempt at fixing it by a different plumber, and they responded right away. The following morning, they came to assess the situation at the time we had agreed. They diagnosed the problem immediately, and had the right equipment for the job. Within an hour, they had fixed the issue, and had both bathrooms working better than ever. They went above and beyond, even cleaning the residue that the clog had left in both showers, after the previous day’s attempt at fixing it. Excellent service.
