Alex came on short notice and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to compete the job on the spot and for less money than other quotes. He also was able to also suggest a repair to our pressure regulator which may have been the root of the issue. He worked hard to complete the work quickly even though it was more complicated than initially seemed. Would highly recommend Alex and Aim plumbing.

Alex came out on time to provide a written quote. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. It quickly became apparent to me that Alex is a professional so I hired him to install my new water heater. I purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex picked up the water heater and the required parts and arrived on time to install the water heater and haul the old one away. Fair price and excellent service provided. I'll be using him for my future plumbing needs.

Had an issue with another installer who was supposed to be on call and immediately install part. I was then told I'd have to wait 2 hours! Called Prieto he was here within an hour and installed part quickly and service was great!
