5 Star Plumbing sent Brevon out to my house for a service call. My AC unit had stopped working. He was able to diagnose right away and took care of it on site. It was a simple fix. Made a few recommendations on filter replacements. Was on time and extremely polite. Will definitely use 5 Star for future services.

Called for a clogged kitchen sink right before Thanksgiving. They came out first thing next morning and didn't stop till the sink was clear and the pipes were cleaned out ensuring there won't be any problems for the near future. Also came with a 90 day guarantee. I would highly recommend 5star to anyone

My main was clogged and Five Star came out on their $79 drain clean special. The plumber Christian was friendly and professional. Ran the snake and had things working again in about 30 minutes. I’ll definitely call these guys again the next time I need a plumber.

One morning, I discovered a significant water leak in my garage, originating from my hot water heater. The water was pooling rapidly, creating an urgent and potentially damaging situation.

Juan and his assistant Enrique, both highly professional and efficient, came out the next day and replaced my water heater with a tankless water heater. They also upgraded my old soft water filtration system to a no-maintenance Halo filtration system.

All I want is my toilet unclogged. I dont think the camera guy can come on Monday with the toilet backed up. Let's see how this works out. I will review again once they fix it. If they can.
