We had a leak with our new gas stove. It ended up being that our valve was too small, not universal. 5 Star Plumbing provided super quick service that was reasonably priced. The plumbers they sent out were super friendly and very professional. My cousin runs a plumbing business in Dallas. I called him to give him the run down on their estimate. He gave the whole thing two thumbs up - and I do, too. Thank you for your assistance and we will be sure to call again for any future plumbing needs.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Three words that describe my technician Christian and his helper Michael. Christian explained the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. Michael was quiet but when he was working I had no doubt he knew what he was doing. The prices are about the same as any other plumbing service but they were in town and ready to do the job. Would recommend 5 star plumbing to my friends/family.

We had a great experience from the initial phone call with Maria to the friendly, efficient service from Armando. On New Year’s Eve, we had a bit of a plumbing emergency and waited until morning to fix it. When I called 5 star plumbing, they were understanding and able to get Armando out within an hour. He snaked the drain and charged a reasonable price, especially for New Year’s Day. In less than two hours, the problem was fixed.

Had a 25ft of 4 inch irrigation replaced because of roots that had clogged the line completely. They diagnosed the problem and started the same day. Very profeesional and nice techs. They completed the project in a timely manner and when they finished you would not even known they were there. They cleaned up very nicely. I highly recommend them.

Enrique was very informative and helpful! He gave us tips and advice. We for sure will be using this company again. The company is lucky to have this kid working for them! Very grateful!

I had a Flooding in my house due to a toilet clog and had water seeping into my hallway, pantry, laundry room and master bathroom. I needed to call a plumber fast a dude to other companies around the areas closed for the weekends. 5 Star heating and plumbing and heating came to the rescue. They are 24/7 which makes it amazing for those emergencies and the technician that came by Gabriel Jr Was quick, friendly, professional, and efficient. Great service and great company to work with! Highly recommend and will definitely call again if I need any plumbing services done!
