Monarch Landscape and Design: What a first class, professional company. I cannot say enough! They took over halfway through someone else’s project- cement and turf, front and backyard. I was very stressed and frustrated with a previous company. Jason from Monarch was very professional, measuring and summarizing the situation that I was in, quoting extremely fair prices, on both cement driveway expansion and an enlarged walkway. No high pressure sales feelings at all - He was helpful, honest, and fair. He worked with me on all of the paperwork through the city and communicated with me throughout the process. He accommodated any special requests and changes we had along the way. The installation was on time, and perfectly executed …. Not a spec or any kind of mess was left for us to clean up-it’s beautiful! I just want to stress how important it is to higher licensed contractors and do your research on them. Save yourself the trouble! They followed all of the rules, deposits, payments, & business ethics! I highly recommend this company.

Monarch exceeded my expectations for the design, planning and execution of the landscaping in my back yard. They transformed our yard from our old layout to a little paradise where the family can play, to a place where we can entertain. They did a lot of turf, assorted rocks, a dog run with pet grass and a gate, a stone wall, dusk to dawn lighting, stamped concrete, landscape lighting, a pergola with fans and power outlets built into the pillars, and fire pit to match our pool.

Their staff was professional and friendly, always on point with communication and had a schedule outlined for me that they followed to the t, the only time our schedule changed was if they were ahead of schedule and would warn me so they weren’t dropping by unannounced. Special shout out to Lon and Fred who were our first points of contact and stayed with us to oversee any questions during the process, very impressed by the customer service. I spoke several times to their landscapers as well and they also followed a principle of good customer service and just overall being friendly, it seemed like there crew was like a big family.

One of my hesitations in general with pursuing landscaping from the getgo was not knowing exactly what I wanted to do or having a clear vision. This company has done/seen it all and they helped guide me to an end result that my family and I truly love. Thanks a lot Monarch and team! I’d recommend this company to anyone for landscaping or related work.

Monarch is incredible! After much research and getting multiple estimates we came across Monarch Landscape and Design. I met with TJ and within 15 minutes I knew that this was the company that would be taking on our project. I had been looking for someone to help me design my idea and that’s exactly what TJ did. His input and ideas made our backyard a functional space for entertaining while incorporating fun play areas for the kids. I was hesitant of artificial grass at first because I wasn’t familiar with the benefits. Now, I would never have real grass again. I love the low maintenance, the cushion under your feet, no bugs on the ground, and it stays green all year long.

I was very impressed with the whole team every step of the way. Each crew that showed up for the different steps of the project were amazing. The owner Freddie stayed in communication with me the entire time. Mike and his team were artistic with the application of turf. I can’t say enough good things because I was blown away with this company from start to finish.

They installed new concrete driveway, new playground turf, new mow pavers.

I enjoyed working with their team I brought them back for project #2, sport court that Freddie and his team handled with ease anytime a minor issue presented itself.

Freddie and his crew from Monarch Landscaping are the best! They were such a pleasure to work with. They always showed up when they said they were going to be there and kept a clean work site.

We had dirt and weeds in this area for years. Today we had artificial grass installed in this area today by Monarch Landscape. Freddie and his team did an amazing installation. Wish we done this years ago. Our backyard looks so different and clean looking. Freddie and his team were very professional, transparent about the entire process and a pleasure to work with.

We decided to put turf down and ended up going with Monarch Landscape and Design. Our initially blueprint was supposed to have rock on our hill, but on the first day they were going to start, their owner Freddie was honest with us and told us that the rock wouldn’t hold due to the grade of our hill. He made things right and we ended up going with ground cover on the hill. Freddie had his crew working every day and they knocked out the entire project in about a weeks time. Here are some before and after pictures of the amazing work that they did. Such a huge transformation and now my girls have so much more room to play outside.

Monarch totally changed my mind on how the correct quality artificial Turf will look and make your property look the best in your neighborhood. I wanted people to think it was real grass and their Turf blends in perfectly with your neighbors lawn while looking natural. Monarch's crew and Owner kept me informed of what to expect and most importantly, the reason why during the whole preparation and installation process. Freddie and his staff did an amazing job installing artificial turf and pavers in my backyard! They had to tear out a lot of old shrubs and grass. They were professional, kept their area clean and picked up, and did the job in less than two days! They had to cut around some flagstone pavers that I had which I thought would be difficult but it wasn’t for them. This is the second time I have hired them (they installed a putting green 2 years ago) and I would definitely use them again! I highly recommend!

Freddie and Jason were amazing from start to finish. Jason responded quickly to my yelp request and was able to come out the day of to get measurements to give me a quote. I absolutely love that he not only double checked his measurements, he triple checked and he explained everything in detail with me. He answered any and ALL questions I had and made sure to make me comfortable with any ideas and plan he had. He is incredibly easy to get along with and actually listened to what I wanted. I told him right away that our dogs were our main priority and we wanted a yard that would be their own Disneyland. He thought about our pups in any decision/idea that was made! I let Jason know our budget and he worked within our budget. We truly got so much done for the price we were quoted by Monarch. I met with a ton of companies and Monarch gave us the best price around!

Now onto the work itself…. The thing I appreciated the most were the updates. Freddie kept me in the loop on their progress or if they ran into any issues. If I had any concerns, I could easily text/call and he would respond in a timely manner. He sent me pictures throughout the process and really accommodated my schedule. Our yard came out even better than I even thought it’d be! Freddie and Jason gave me a 2 week timeline and they finished in a week and a half! We absolutely love how the turf, retaining wall and concrete came out. But most importantly, our dogs absolutely love their yard! My little dog even prefers to sleep outside at night so he can lay on the turf lol

Thank you Jason, Freddie and the Monarch crew. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to go with. Eventually we want to get our front yard done and we will most definitely choose Monarch for the project!
