I spent more than $12000.00 at this store this year. I can't begin to describe the lack of customer service after the contract was signed for a new kitchen design. Their phone line is on busy signal for hours at a time. The main phone line gets no response. They do not return phone calls. The only way to get a response to a request is to threaten to call the corporate office. When I complained about a $1800.00 unexpected cost which was not included in the original estimate; I was told by the manager that I would receive a $200.00 refund for this. When I ask for the $200.00 refund they acted as if I was hallucinating. I did not receive the $200.00 refund. Almost six months later I am still waiting for corrections to the job.

I would not do this again.

I never have a negative experience here. Whether coming in as a delivery driver picking up orders or as a customer . I'm a former Home Depot employee from a dif location and I still choose to go in here way farther then the other locations near me . That should tell you all u need to know about the location.even the new employees are trained right and miles ahead of other locations. Kudos guys keep it up . #homedepotcorporate take note of this location give em a reward they deserve it .

I just moved to Orange County and got a referral for Michael at Anastasi Builders. I found him to be knowledge, personable and honest. His crew is wonderful - respectful and helpful while maintaining a clean environment. His timeline was accurate, and then he walked through my condo at the end making sure the work met my expectation. I had a few items I wanted to have touched up and it was done in 24 hours. Amrin has done a five projects for our home.

Installing crown molding throughout the main living rooms.

Upgrading our electric panel to accommodate improved breakers.

All work was completed on time and on budget. Any issues were clearly explained and discussed before any corrections were made. Or additional money was required.

The craftsman approach when converting a window into a French door was impressive to say the least. This was not a typical project. It involved outside of the box thinking and a specialized skill set to accomplish. Not only was the work done with skill and precision the craftsman Amrin has in his team are awesome people. They maintained a tidy work space, always prompt on arrival and completion times and just really good guys! I wish I had met Amrin sooner but I now know who my first call will be on my next project. Amrin and his team gutted and remodeled our kitchen, painted the interior of our home and did a few other projects for us. The entire experience from our initial meeting to completion was wonderful.
