Great customer service and very helpful! On a Sunday night my shower tub spout flew off and I immediately went to a local home improvement store. I was looking for a quick fix and asked a stranger if they thought my quick fix would work until the plumber got there the next day. Well, I asked the right person and it was the owner of Randin Plumbing. He helped me pick out the correct hardware and had a coworker at my house in a few hours. Quality work and very helpful; highly recommend them.

The owner of this company (Nelson Randin) had done two jobs for me in the past (water heater replacement & [later] two toilet replacements. Since he did a good job at a reasonable price I called Nelson to solve a leaking shower stall problem. Water had been oozing out behind the stall into the bedroom area adjacent and was soaking into the carpet. Nelson's solution? Peel back the wet carpet and pad, cut a small hole into the drywall, and peer inside with his flashlight. He concluded that the shower pan was leaking (worst case scenario) and told me that the lower part of my shower would need to be "demo'ed" (demolished) and rebuilt with a new hot mop job! I told him to send me an estimate for the job, and that quote came to $2,300!!!
I decided I'd better get a second opinion first, and it was very fortunate that I did just that. A second (and more competent) plumber said there was no problem with the shower pan at all! He showed me that the leak was coming from the shower arm because the pipe had deteriorated. The plumber replaced the valve assembly and the damaged pipe section. Total cost of the repair? $1,450.
When I contacted Randin he insisted that the cause of the leak was still the shower pan and told me, in effect, to wait and see if the water came out again (it hasn't done so to this day). To add insult to injury, he had charged me $100 just to inspect the damage! Bottom line: I will NEVER hire Randin Plumbing again and would strongly advise other would-be customers to be very cautious if you're thinking of hiring this individual...
