I am so happy with the results of my bathroom remodel. Construction can be stressful but the team at Christidis was awesome. They were timely, responsive, communicative and the attention to detail was top notch. I can't recommend them enough!!

We are very happy with the kitchen remodel that Christidis General Contracting completed for us. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and exceeded expectations.

The team arrived on time every day, and we were pleased with the communication throughout the entire process. It helped that they had an operations manager who would reach out to provide updates. They took the time to address questions and concerns when they arose along the way. All in all, the project was completed on schedule and we were delighted with the finished product.

This being our first remodel, we went in expecting worst case scenarios but came out of the process unscathed and confident in our decision to go with Christidis. We highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel or home improvement project. They are professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

Sal Hernandez at Pacific Breeze Landscape, Inc. was absolutely the best! Very pleasant, punctual, professional, all around 5 stars. He made good suggestions for areas we weren't quite sure what to do with. Texting me pictures of samples and choices was a nice touch. His billing was even super easy, an email that I could tap on, review the bill and pay! I highly recommend him.

Sal and Jose and all the guys at Pacific Breeze are great to work with. They executed my plan well, and at a good value. We encountered some significant challenges with rain delays, and they were super accommodating and communicated well. I would recommend working with them. Very honest and customer-centric. We had them extend our existing patio deck, build a second level concrete pad, run a gas line for a fire pit, and put in new french drains with pipe that ran all the way to the street. They also did a small brick retaining wall addition for our planter.

I rarely give five stars as nobody’s perfect, but Pacific Breeze comes too close to deny them a 5th star. The business ethics and acumen of this company exceeded my expectations, which are very high. Perhaps it’s their military background (it’s a veteran owned business) and I love supporting our veterans. Their team is “all the things” . . . creative, polite, professional, and flexible! They're all the things you want in a contractor, trust me on that.

Been meaning to leave a review for Pacific Breeze Landscape as they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our previous backyard didn’t utilize space very well and we were looking for a landscape company that could not only design our yard, but also price out the build. Called 4 different landscape companies, but it was Pacific Breeze Landscape that really made an effort to meet with us for a landscape design quote. Worked with David on our design and gave him some ideas of what we wanted. He absolutely nailed the design as we made minimal changes to his renderings. We then priced the project to various landscapers and PBL was the only company to work within our budgeted numbers. Once we approved the project we then worked with Jose to bring our renderings to reality. Jose was absolutely professional and always kept his word which goes a long way. We did run into some issues with our fence topper but Jose was quick to get it figured out and fixed. All in all Pacific Breeze Landscape is a top notch company that really puts their clients first. If your looking for an honest landscaping company, give them a call. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and refer them to my friends and family. Our backyard looks amazing!!! Thanks to Pacific Breeze Landscaping. Our backyard was long overdue for a makeover. They were here every day on time and they worked hard until the job was done. We are so happy with our backyard and show it off every chance we get. We would definitely recommend Sal and his crew to design and landscape.

I actually found Pacific Breeze on Yelp and went through their work on IG before we decided to hire Sal Jr. to create a paid landscape design for us. We felt that this was worth the money and felt like he really heard what we wanted and came back with lots of options for us.

We loved what he designed that we decided to move forward with having Pacific Breeze implement the design.

From there, we worked with our project managers Thomas and Jose - who kept our project moving. They were both super professional, responsive, and flexible along the way of changes we wanted to make once the design started to come to life.

The team came dressed in their uniforms everyday and made a point to clean up at the end of each day and kept things as tidy as possible. It was truly the little things that made the difference! We have neighbors having landscape work done, and their crew have left trash in front of their house for weeks on end. This was not the case with Pacific Breeze. Trash was always hauled away quickly. They were were extremely collaborative and helpful.

We had the same people (Sal Sr. + Ricardo) generally show up everyday and got to know the staff working on our front yard, backyard, deck build, hot tub assembly + installation, astroturf, fountain install, succulent garden, new front stairs, lighting, timers, zen flagstone garden path, string lights, all plants, mulching, new cement planters, and more. We had a big job! And were really thrilled with how it all turned out.

We also loved being able to pick out own plants and do nursery visits with the team to get the overall look we were trying to achieve.

I highly recommend Pacific Breeze! They are not the cheapest - they are the best AND they are very professional.

We love Pacific Breeze. Were found them as a recommendation from the Irvine Moms group. We’re 2/3 of the way through the project. Jose is our foreman. They are great communicators and very honest. We are so glad they hired them. So far so good.

Chris and his team were awesome! They worked with us during an extensive kitchen tear down and remodel that included a 21' beam, removing a window, and pouring more concrete than I thought was possible.

I'll be thinking of Shorebreak as we continue to do work on our house.

Shorebreak Construction made my bathroom remodel dreams come true! After years of indecision, we finally committed to updating our master bath down to the studs and out of the mid-1980s floral wallpaper, pitted gold fixtures, and dated tile. We interviewed and received quotes from several contractors, but selected Chris and Shorebreak based on his professionalism, thoroughness, and quote.

They did not disappoint. From the initial quote, to the fine tuning of requirements, all through to the final inspection and clean-up, it went without a hitch. The quote was as detailed as I've ever seen with each option noted (I hadn't decided on some details like shower niche size and shower glass upgrades) so I knew the price choices. Also it clearly stated what I supplied and what Shorebreak supplied (not always the case in my experience which could result in change orders). There were absolutely no surprises. Robin (coordinator/scheduler), Mike (foreman), Edgar and Adrian (general), Brian (tile), Randy (glass) were all very professional and communicated well to make sure it was exactly as I envisioned. The workers showed up every day, on time, and never left unexpectedly: a huge difference from the last time I had contractors!

Frankly, I expected delays and excuses: there weren't any! The "rough estimate schedule" was exactly on time. Maybe two times a day shifted, but the end date was met. I couldn't ask for better. The entire process was not only painless, but pleasurable.

I look forward to working with Shorebreak the next time I plan a remodel project.

We had a fantastic experience with Shorebreak Construction. That is not my usual experience with contractors. I had expected the usual delays and excuses that I had gotten from every other contractor I have ever used in multiple renovations. Chris and his team showed up when he said they would.They had the right tools and materials. They worked so efficiently that the job was done much quicker that I had expected. Chris is such a great manager that things just ran smoothly. I could not be happier and everything looks great. Here is what they did: installation of crown molding in family room, entry and living room, renovation of guest bathroom which included tile, resurfacing walls, replacing plumbing, installation of cabinetry and sink, painting, new door, upgrade all electrical for safety reasons. Also checked all electrical outlets in the entire house to check for shorts, etc. also installed can lights in family room.

We cannot be more pleased with our experience with Chris and his amazing team at Shorebreak Construction! They recently renovated both our guest and master bathrooms. Communication and coordination of the work from Robin each day was fantastic. Edgar, Adrian and Tim were amazing! Edgar's skills and dedication to his craft was the best part of our renovation. Thank you, Edgar! Only wish is that Chris would want to reach out and see the final amazing work of his team.

We recently purchased our home and Shorebreak Construction was recommended to us by one of our new neighbors who was very satisfied with their remodel. When I called Shorebreak for our bathroom remodel, Chris came out within a few days for an estimate. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that his company was the one we needed to work with. We received other estimates, but we did not feel the same level of confidence with the other companies. We felt that if anything unforeseen were to arise during construction, Chris and his crew would know how to handle it and get things done right.

During the construction, their attention to detail is quite possibly beyond our own, and he takes pride in his work that I have yet to experience with any other contractor. Mike the project manager was great to deal with, and he made us feel very comfortable knowing that things were being done the right way, even if it wasn't easier for them. We have two little ones at home, and one of my biggest concerns was regarding how clean the job site would be, even though I didn't mention it beforehand. Everyday they took their time to mask off the area with plastic and whatever else was needed to create the least amount of dust to the rest of our home. Everything was unbelievably clean at the end of each day, and I truly appreciated that.

Robin the coordinator was very helpful in keeping us up to date with scheduling throughout the process. She was quick to respond also whenever we had a question. We understand that Chris is very busy running his company, and Robin was great in communicating things when needed. Any issues that came up were quickly remediated.

The outcome of our bathroom remodel surpassed the outcome that we had hoped for. We are very happy with it and the work that was done. We won't hesitate to have Shorebreak come out again for any future remodel work that we may have, and I highly recommend and mention them whenever I can.
