I had a great experience with KLC roofing. We had a complicated roof leak and our previous roofer dropped the ball and messed up the repair. So I called a few other roofers to come and bid on the project. Kenny Jr came out and quickly detected the issue and gave me a detailed project plan. I decided to go with KLC mostly because I found Kenny to be very reliable and knowledgeable. Him and his team worked with me through this complicated project that involved some wood repair by them, re-stuccoing by my contractor, and them coming back to finish and seal the roof. I had a lot of anxiety about the project but Kenny's diligence amd collaborative spirit made it all go so smoothly. The office (Elsa) is also great and very flexible, making sure that the project works well with my schedule.

After the repair was done, we did some water test, but saw some water inside. Kenny came back to inspect and found that its not the roof leaking, but the chimney wall, which he fixed right then and there. We water tested again and no leak :)

I have worked with a lot of contractors, but KLC is definitely top tier in terms of reliability, attention to details, flexibility, and diligence. I wish everyone was like them, but unfortunately thats far from truth.

I hired Tony to replace a deck for me. I was happy with his work and will use him on my next project.

We were vary happy with the work that was done by CBS Construction. He repaired our front and rear decks last year and then this year he replaced a window in our 3rd floor bedroom. He also repaired water damage by our front door. Tony was very responsive to all of our needs.

Tony Khoda re-roofed our balcony deck-roof in 2002. We have been pleased with the work all this time, with only two minor repairs due to structural stress and sun damage that my husband could fix. Then, this summer, during another remodel project, another contractor caused serious damage to the roof. After repeated requests for that contractor to repair the work, and no response, we called Tony. He came over to give us an estimate the very same day. He and a worker rearranged their schedule to come on a Saturday to repair the damage so we could pass inspection the following Monday. They also corrected the flashing incorrectly installed by the other contractor, which meant we passed the lathe on the first inspection. We're VERY GRATEFUL to Tony for being so quick to respond to our needs, for attention to detail and quality work, and for completing the repair at a reasonable cost! We will definitely call Tony when we need more work done.

We had a waterproofing issue in our chimney recently. We hired Tony who was very well-known within our friends as a very liable contractor. He fixed the issue perfectly in a timely manner with a reasonable price. At the end, he did stucco all around the chimney for any possible further water damage. I really appreciate Tony for what he did for us.

10 years ago Tony Khoda quoted my wife and I on redoing our complete deck. The deck is approximately 1200 square feet. Unfortunately we went with another contractor and have had issues for the last 5 years after the warranty was up. We had multiple leaks and cracks on the deck. I called Tony and he gave us a reasonable quote with a great warranty. He and his crew did a wonderful job on the deck and it was worth every penny. The workers were professional and on time. Taso and crew remodeled our kitchen a year ago. We are very very happy with the result. From demo, electrical, plumbing, to finish paint, all the workers were respectful, careful, and professional. We thought their pricing was fair and, while not cheap, the quality of work is worth what we paid. Very fair overall.

I would work with them again, no doubt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder.
