I have been a member of Preferred Services for just a few months so far, but had 3 service or maintenance calls. Each time I am greeted with extremely professional and helpful service in my home and on the phone. Both TJ & Kaze have been incredibly professional. Great company. Happy customer.

Luis and Julio did a great job for us. Preferred Plumbing has always been very thorough and professional (Jean). Plumbers with a sense of humor? Friendly too! And they know their stuff!
We have a service contract, and have taken advantage of the member discount pricing on parts. Service contract has paid for itself.
I don’t dread calling the plumber when it’s Preferred.

Had a great experience with the owner Rick helping me process what my issues were and what the best solutions would be for our AC needs at home. I have two units that needed to be replaced, and he walked me through from start to finish. Trust is a big deal in business, and no doubt this is one of the rare businesses that provides that. Highly recommended.

Great service with same day delivery/ insulation. Luis is very knowledgeable and worked hard to accommodate our needs. He was here over 5 hours and double checked connections and function several times. He is friendly and courteous. A very good experience.

As a first time customer, I am very pleased with Preferred Services. Jean, their dispatcher, was very helpful and courteous. I got an appointment that same day, and Kaze did an awesome job repairing our water heater. He was very informative and was able to diagnose the problem right away.

Preferred Services arrived on time with ample notice. The inspection was thorough and Jonathan educated me about the condition of our unit. He was thoughtful and wore 'pink booties' in the house .... I wish my dogs would wear them! Very satisfied, thank-you for your professional team.

Not only are they nice, prompt and professional, the technicians are also very knowledgeable and always get the job done right the first time. Jean in the office is a pleasure to work with! Their pricing is very reasonable. This is the best company out there for all of your A/C and plumbing needs!

some says that plumbers are worst than mechanics of upselling you stuff that you dont need, in case ABSOLUTE AIR FLOW proved the opposite. they werehonest, on time ,and professional. Josh the technician who solved my problem was very polite, patient, and knows what he was doing.
5 stars is not enough, i recommend them to every one.

I have dealt in the past with many plumbers! Fortunately I was referred by my insurance to Preferred Services! Miguel was the nicest hard working who worked in the heat which I am sorry 😐 but he did a wonderful job and took care of the leak👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you Miguel very much I went out to thank you but you were gone! I had a gas leak at my home and needed to re-pipe the gas lines. Luis showed up at the time that they stated and did a wonderful job. Luis walked me through what he thought was best and agreed on the plan. He is very friendly, conscientious and efficient on his time and what needed to be done. After the installation was completed, he pointed out a few things that he saw that may be needed down the road as well as how to reduce the hard water issue that we seem to have in Palm Springs. Overall, it was a great experience and will be calling Preferred Services/Plumbing for future plumbing needs, and I will request Luis.

Mike D. from Preferred Services was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He went beyond the normal to explain what was happening and then to suggest and remedy my water/plumbing issue. He not only got the job but saved me some money as well. Preferred Services communicated and kept me well informed as to when to expect the technician’s arrival.

Oscar C. was great! He was professional, very knowledgeable, and informative. I was impressed with the pride he took in his work and in the company, and in his ability to discuss my HVAC system. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself and explained the procedure and how long it would take. Then he asked for permission to proceed. He was very polite, thorough, and seemed interested in his job and accomplishing the task at hand. He showed respect for my property; when he left my home, it was as clean as when he arrived. The technicians wear booties over their shoes while in the home. They also bring tarps to place under ladders. They bring whatever equipment they need, including their own gardening hose to clean the condenser outside.
Absolute Airflow installed my HVAC system ~4 yrs ago, and I was thrilled at their installation and have continued using their service for semi annual tuneups. I've been very happy with them and have recommended them to others.

Fantastic customer service! Taven was professional and extremely helpful when asked many questions in regards to the work he was performing on our AC unit. Aside from the triple digit weather and climbing in and out of our attic, he maintained a positive and professional attitude. Our AC was working in no time. We recommend Preferred Services and all the technicians we encountered vs phone and our initial visit to diagnose the problem by Brock. Who also was outstanding. All questions and concerns were handled to our satisfaction and we chose to search no further. Glad we did! We recommend Preferred Services.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Preferred Services. TJ arrived on time and was warm and friendly. He thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and serviced our A/C units. His inspection determined that additional work was needed to get the units working up to par. A very reasonable proposal was submitted with recommendations for reconditioning the units which I will be scheduling to have completed ASAP. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

We had a routine tune up and A Professional service Member named Toni Canto came out to our house and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and took a step by step approach on educating me about my system. Hands down the Best Service Tech in the Industry. Mike was excellent. He is a great plumber and knows what he’s doing. He was kind and courteous and did really nice work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you might have. He worked cleanly and efficiently is also a pretty nice guy.
