Corey was very professional and quick. He updated me on the status of my system and how it’s performing, recommended any possible upgrades to improve the system and changed out the filter for me. To make it even better he took pictures of the system along the way so when it came time to updating me with his findings I could see what he was talking about. I highly recommend Absolute Airflow and Corey as a technician. Thank you for all you do!

We had an emergency early morning and called around and most were not servicing due to the Covid19. Jean from Preferred Services was great; she managed to get a technician right away. I received a text message and an email with a photo of the tech that was arriving which was helpful.

Miguel showed up wearing a mask (much appreciated during this time). Not only was he very thorough with his work but he was also detailed in letting us know the process. We had a slab leak, Miguel did an amazing job when drilling and removing tiles. Would highly recommended Preferred Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing.

Our house is more than half a century old and the central HVAC system still used the same original grill. It might have been okay wit the old less powerful furnaces, but with our current one it just would not let sufficient air in.
The problem however is that the system is in a cupboard right next to the main door and the area is very nicely decorated as was the original solid wood grill. Absolute Airflow made a new grill for us that was a perfect fit and matched the crown molding around the cupboard as if it were designed to fit there in the first place. Even my mother who is an artist and interior decorator was impressed.
The job was done very quickly and the professionals cleaned up everything so that it was impossible to tell that any work had been done in the area. Recommend the company 100%.

Extremely professional all the way around. Cruz and Jose went over cost of repair as well as replacement. Ultimately I chose the replacement. Installation arrived early and completed work in an incredibly short amount of time. I highly recommend.

I had a plumbing issue and when I called the company they sent someone out within an hour. Miguel did a great job communicating all the details of the job. He was patient when I had to handle the insurance on the phone. He was informative about the work to be done and even added some suggestions for the future.

Miguel and Preferred Services were great. Very professional in the contacts, and Miguel was personable, friendly, and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. No drama! I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend him and Preferred Services for your plumbing needs!

Edward C. was very thorough with his filter replace and inspection. He serviced the heater and air conditioner back to new and provided the needed sealing to our vent holes in our attic as well. We had a problem with one of our rooms not cooling down and now it seems to be fixed. I can tell that Edward is going to be a really good air conditioning service worker in his career :) he showed great integrity in his job!

Ryan Bass was a great experience of a service technician in my home. RYAN ANSWERED all my questions nade suggestions and he was able to COMPLETE his job in a timely manner.VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE regarding heating and plumbing..Absolute Airflow has given me excellent customer service. THANKS

The overall experience far exceeded my expectations as we have had some bad experiences from other contractors in the past, hence that why we called Preferred Services. Polite, professional response from the office, detailed time of arrival backed up with a call to say that the contractor was on his way. He arrived, polite, listened to my concerns and carried out the repair, no mess, no fuss and a very good price. He has certainly restored our faith in plumbers. Thoroughly recommend the company. If I could give more than five stars I would. Their number is now on my speed dial, just in case.

Gave me a great deal for $30,000. Had another company come the next day fixed it only broken shader valves . System works great 2 4 ton residential units!!! Cost pocket change compared to what these people wanted to charge me!
Service guy was great just doing what he was told by higher ups! $99 for NADA! Moral of the story get a 2nd opinion!

We have been loyal to Absolute Airflow for about 5 years now. We are super happy with their service and their representatives. Visit with Josh C. recently was so appreciated as he was very thorough and educational. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. While I have not yet signed a contract, I’m very impressed with the presentation the knowledge and the follow through from Gabriel, the sales rep. Their pricing is not particularly competitive, but they do include things that are not included in other quotes. And frankly, price is not always a concern in my eyes, other than apples to apples, but they are superior in their product line and professionalism. Should I choose to go ahead with the project, I will give a more comprehensive review.

A few weeks ago a technician came to my house and told me that the refrigerant levels were low and that the compressor was over amping. He gave me some service options however I declined them as after his inspection he ran the system and everything appeared to be working normally and cooled the house down sufficiently. That was $148.
I had not turned the AC after the inspection until yesterday and after having it on for about an hour I realized that the house was not cooling down so I made an appointment for another appointment. After today’s appointment it was discovered that I had a leak coming from the condenser unit as well as the evaporator coil which I was not aware of after my first appointment (other than the freon levels being low). Today’s appointment cost me $666 for possibly 1 hour worth of work. So between the two appointments I have now spent $814 just to have a diagnosis of a couple of leaks which for some unknown reason was not discovered on the first $148 appointment. That is absolutely absurd.
And to be fair I would like to point out that both of the technicians were very professional and courteous. My discontent lies with the fact that the leaks were not discovered in the first inspection and it took an additional $666 inspection to find that out.

Andy and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable about our old (1940’s) heater. They were efficient and happily answered my questions along the way! They were clean and professional. Also appreciate their friendly conversation. Jessica did a great job on the communication/dispatch side of it. Definitely call them!

Jacob came to my house for a shower drain cleaning. The man went above and beyond cleaning the calcium hard water deposits from the drain and overall did an amazing job. Strongly strongly reccomend this company. They're very honest and Jacob specifically is a great guy.

I called absolute airflow to come give my air conditioning and furnace unit a tuneup. The office staff was professional, courteous, and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days at my convenience. Dean arrived on time, was very friendly, and took safety and cleanliness precautions in my home. He was very thorough in examining the unit, had a lot of feedback for me, took pictures, and wrote a detailed accounting of the status of the unit for the next time they come out. Dean was so nice, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations without making me feel like he was upselling me. It was awesome dealing with Absolute Airflow, I will definitely feel comfortable trying their plumbing service as well now.

Donovan came out to do an AC "get ready for summer" exam on my unit. What a great job! My unit looked brand new when he was done. Absolutely the best!! Donovan was thorough and efficient and showed me pictures of all the work that was done. What a team - Donovan and Absolute Air... couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!

I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars, as one of their managers named Devon reached out to me and confirmed that my warranty was good and not expired as their previous person told me. They looked over the paperwork I sent them and agreed I was in the right, and Devon even took the time to come out personally and get my system up and running at no cost to me. The only reason I did not change it to a full 5 star is that the issue occurred in the first place. However the fact that it was handled relatively swiftly and professionally has renewed my faith in this company.
