Unbeleivably professional and friendly

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Jorge, the owner is a liar. He will tell you yes to everything, charge you a very expensive price then not do the complete job. Be careful if you do decide to hire him. Have every detail of the job you need done in writing. I didn’t and now I need to find another company & pay more money to finish this job.

A man came to give me an estimate, I found his quote quite high, he lowered it but it still wasn't in my price range. He got very upset and told him there' no reason to be upset. He started his car, made a U turn an offered another price. I said thank you and then he tore up is quotation card and through it down in the street right next to the garbage containers. Real nice, glad I turned him down

I haven't used their services directly but my business is next door to another commercial property they maintain. Recently we had an incident occur in which a large tree they were trimming had some debris fall onto our property and cause a little damage. I reached out to them explaining the situation and they could not have been more professional, prompt and genuinely nice in their response. They remedied the situation immediately and were extremely easy to communicate with. This business has some of the best customer service we've come across and they have been a pleasure to deal with. My trees were overgrown and needed attention quickly due to the heavy rains this winter. JN Arbor Care came to my home and gave me an estimate within days. Due to additional rain, it took a couple of weeks to get the team scheduled. But the office communicated with me regarding the delay and were at my home on the next fully sunny day! Everyone was polite and professional.They did a fantastic job, clearly followed all safety protocols and left my yard perfectly clean. I highly recommend this business. Their prices are fair and the work is stellar.

My sister recommended I use JN Arbor Care as so many other companies just send out people who hack at the trees, cut away as much as possible so it looks like they've done something and leave you with damaged, unhealthy trees. JN Arbor Care did not disappoint they have an amazing team, including their office staff. Everyone is friendly, listens to your concerns and the work is absolutely top-notch. I can't recommend this company enough.

Very reliable & professional tree service

Terrible drivers. Almost hit multiple cars with their trucks and trailers. Watched them cut off multiple people in traffic. Don’t support this company.
