Professional service was rendered and friendly customer service. Jimmy educated the customer before, during and after the cleaning service. He also fallowed up the next day to see if I the customer was satisfied. I am 100% Satisfied. The carpet was dry by the next day and all the bad odor from pets was eliminated. I had my sofa and chair cleaned a few days ago...this furniture is light tan in color and made of a microfiber, suede like material. I have never had it cleaned before in the several years it's been in my family room. I was afraid I neglected it too long and the cleaning may not give desired results. I was wrong about that and instead delighted with how beautifully the sofa and chair turned out! Both were completely dry the next day and all stains were removed. Jimmy was so friendly and professional very understanding , reasonable prices and did amazing job with upholstery , sanitation, and deep cleaning my couches and king size bed . I recommend using Flower Fresh Carpet. I have a dog that sheld hair as he was cleaning the carpet he would show me the amount of hair the machine had picked up. I was satisfied with the end result .

This guy was great, I usually do not leave reviews but I had to share. My carpet had spots and dirt that another company tremendously failed at removing and cleaning. I called Fresh Flowers, Jimmy came with hi tech commercial equipment to not only clean but also pre washed, sanitized with a bacterial formula, steamed, and cleaned my carpet. It literally looked back to new again. Smelled great and was bright with all dirt and spots removed. If you need your carpet cleaned He is the go to guy. Great service, Greatly priced. Totally recommend.

We had a great experience with Flower Fresh Carpet cleaning. From the moment we made the appointment until the arrival this morning Mr. Jimmy was very professional; his follow up, his detailed to questions and being on time are all five star. As far as the cleaning of two of our rooms for the carpet, he was very respectful of our home. He did not sit down or take phone breaks. He worked steadily through the hours that he worked on the carpet to do the best job and we are pleased with the outcome. The longer it dries the better it looks. We will use Flower Fresh again to do our upholstery cleaning.

This is the second time using Jimmy for some steam cleaning. He first helped me take a red wine stain out of my living room rug, which he did so successfully. Second time, he's cleaned our couch extremely well. He is very professional, on time, communicative and provides his value for his services. Great value and I'll continue to use Jimmy for any other steam cleaning around the home.

Flower Fresh did an amazing job on my stairs and hallway. Jimmy was professional, thorough and made my carpet look like new! Honestly, as a busy parent, the thought of fire hazards from a clogged dryer vent was keeping me up. Called Hampton Dryer Vent Inglewood and they were just incredible.
