I was referred to Guapos cleaning services by a friend and absolutely loved them! Everything was sanitized and clean thoroughly. It was great to work with people who are meticulous in their work. Have used them twice since for deep cleans once a month. Definitely recommend!!

I used Guapos Cleaning (GC) to clean out the apartment we recently moved out of a few weeks ago, they did such a great job that we got our deposit back! We lived in that apartment for 3 years so there was a lot of cleaning to do. The kitchens had white cabinets/countertops that had smudges on them that I couldn’t get out but Paul and his crew made it look like new! The vinyl floors, carpets, 2 bathroom and 3 bedrooms were super clean! They made the apartment move in ready and cozy for the next tenant. They definitely showed our little old apartment some love! I will definitely have them help me clean my house once we’re all done w the renovations and upgrades. I would highly recommend GC so reach out to Paul, very nice young man! Just had Guapo's come and provide a deep cleaning service at my home and they were great. They were quick to get back to me with bids on different cleaning services and were accommodating with the time frame around my busy schedule. I really appreciated how quick and efficient the crew worked. All in all, very satisfied.

I had my roof redone , and needed all the debris to be hauled and dumped. Paul came at the exact time we needed him , he managed to fit all debris into his dump truck and he made the whole process headache free.

Do not use this service. I contacted this company after seeing the 5 star reviews and spoke with George. He seemed nice enough. He came out to my address surveyed my unit quoted an agreeable price. So we booked the service. On the day of the cleaning George shows up by himself with a limited amount of cleaning equipment. When I asked him about the other people that were to accompany him,he claimed that they would come later. This supposed deep cleaning was anything but what was offered. And when I asked him about the unprofessional cleaning we received he became argumentative. This is not the type of attitude I will accept especially when I have to pay for a service. Infuriated I called his company and spoke with an associate named Paul. After a lengthy but calm conversation Paul assured me that he would personally reimburse me what I paid. Only time will tell but, until he meets with me I would advise anyone who is considering using this to be cautious and aware of what is promised.
