The tech Tavarus was great to deal with. Ran a snake but it got stuck due to the amount of roots in the pipe. He immediately contacted the supervisor Alexi who came with a camera to locate the problem. It was determined a hydro jet was needed to free the snake. Alexis also immediately contacted Ismael the Hrydro tech who came by to free the snake. These guys were great! They kept at it deep into the night till the snake was freed and water was able to flow, making my wife and teenage daughter very happy. These guys were awesome and did not give up! The crew that came the next day to fix the compromised sewer line were awesome as well. All parties involved were awesome,which in this day and age is hard to find! A big thanks to Roto Rooter for being on point and getting us back up and going in a very timely and professional manner!!

Very professional and respectful service. Ian arrived promptly and walked us through every thing he was doing. He was very respectful and helpful. Later joined by Lance who was also extremely helpful and professional. After solving the issue and explaining the options ahead, they left everything clean and tidy.

We had an issue with the plumbing at our property that occurred in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning I called Roto-Rooter, and within an hour Ian and Richard came to fix the problem. They were extremely thorough, and used a camera to show us their concerns with our plumbing, with a detailed plan of how to correct these issues. Very happy with their service.

Roto Rooter serviced to our Condominium building for high pressure water jet cleaning to main sewer pipe. They have cleaned up to city main pipes by opening up the caps on the pavement around building. They did not leave any mass behind them. Garage floor was washed clean.
We are very happy for their service.

Ben and his team were wonderful. Our crawlspace flooded and they sent out two guys right away to start draining it. They spent 3 days, starting super early and stayed until 11am. Ben also went above and beyond to ensure we were supported throughout the whole ordeal. The two plumbers that came earlier in the day to address a separate problem, which required extra work, were great as well. Both teams were very compassionate.

Tavaris was AMAZING! I’d give him 50 stars if I could. He was quick, extremely prepared, very cautious about wearing booties to avoid yard dirt on the hardwood floors and just a real pleasure to meet and have at my home. He is a complete credit to your organization and whatever you pay him for this Holiday Weekend Emergency Service, I recommend you Quadruple it! He deserves it!!!

We had Roto-Rooter do some plumbing work at house, sleeving and routing, and they did a great job!

Ian and Phil were timely, took great care as to not disturb and of our property and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the problem with roots and other clogging issues and did such a good job we hired them back to sleeve our main line. They are super friendly and courteous.

Plumbing issues are never fun but it's reassuring to have someone you trust to do the work. We're even having them back to replace some old cast iron piping.

Amazing fast service. We had our sink get flooded at 2am and send in a request for that morning. We got a reply so fast. Ian Cabal best plumber ever. Very cordial and efficient. He came in and diagnosed the issue immediately. He thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and communicated all of our options. Would definitely request him for any further assistance.

The technician was respectful and courteous. He explained before, during, and after his attempt to repair my water heater. Unfortunately, my water heater was past its useful life and could not be revived. I appreciate the technician explaining my options along the way. I understand the tech did not control the price for the service call which I think was a little high. Overall, it was a good experience!

Michael my plumber was awesome. Perfectionism seems to be his habit. Really nice and friendly and very informative and thorough. He worked super hard to get the job done. Wasn't easy from what i saw. Totally recommend roto rooter and Michael. He deserves my respect. Did a seriously great job.

Tavaris was great, he was super fast and cleaned up when he was finished fixing our sink! He got here within an hour of us calling late a night and did great work. Customer service was fantastic as well. Will definitely use them again next time we have a plumbing issue!

Please find a different company. They came out to fix a clog in our bathroom. He could not fix it and said that a supervisor would come out the next day to fix it. He charged us $600 and said the job would be completed the next day. The supervisor came with a camera and did not go into the restroom even once while he was there. He put the camera through a pipe in the front yard and then told us that we needed to do some maintenance work on those pipes. Never addressed the clog in the restroom. I kept trying to direct him to that problem but he was more concerned with upselling us for a job that he quoted us almost 15,000 for. Why would I hire you for maintenance work that costs 15k when you couldn’t even fix the clog in my bathroom. It was a terrible experience. I was charged 600 to be told that I needed to spend another 15k in the near future for maintenance and the original problem was not fixed. He kept saying “I don’t want to scare you but if you don’t do this soon it will cost you over 100,000 to fix.” of course he was trying to scare me. He could have at least fixed the clog so I knew he was good for the work. I felt very pressured and even without me agreeing he made calls trying to get someone out to my house to start the work he recommended. I had to keep telling him I needed to think about it. Then after he kept calling and texting me to see if I wanted to start the work. I complained that he didn’t even fix the clog and he kept going back to the maintenance work and that if I did that then the clog would be resolved at that time. In the end I paid 600 for nothing and the original guy that came out also cracked my toilet and now it has a small leak and needs to be replaced. Please find a different company that actually cares and isn’t just trying to sell you services by scaring you without even resolving the problem. I basically paid them 600 so they could show up and give me an aggressive sales pitch and break my toilet.
