Mike Diamond Plumbing fixed her toilet's inside mechanisms - water level control and flapper - for $932. This included a house call fee ($64.95), some sort of service coverage ($99), 15% off the repairs, a water level control component ($545.87), a flapper part ($183.17), and an FCS fee ($20).

But a few weeks later, she had another issue - a water leak in her flower bed. She immediately cancelled her appointment with Mike Diamond Plumbing and called someone else.

The new plumber fixed the leaky pipe and fittings, installed a shut off valve, all for much less than Mike Diamond's initial quote of $932.
