Had fun working with west hills, very skilled. They did my pool, and patio. Highly recommended in Irvine.

Outdoor fireplace, patio cover, bbq island, pavers, irrigation, landscaping, lighting. Big project. Thoroughly satisfied from start to finish. I recommend without reservation and would use them again.

Had to wait a couple weeks to get started due to a back log of work. The great results show why we had to wait. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. They even followed up with a couple of questions after they were done. Great service, very professional.

Excellent service, professional results, reasonable price, work crews were hard workers who stayed on the job, no screwing around or horseplay. They followed up promptly to correct a few minor things that showed up after the work was done. Kyle and Carlos were great to work with.

I wanted a retaining wall in my backyard.
I met with Carlos González and project manager Carlos Vasquez and discussed and chose an El Dorado Stone veneer for the job. WOW!!!!
I am so happy with the beautiful work they have done and the care in covering my existing pavers from damage as they renovate and remove old brick etc.
I have peace of mind that they are doing a good job without my reviewing every step of the project and the results are beautiful!!

I love how a good landscape design can really transform a space. It can make a small yard look bigger, or turn an ordinary backyard into an oasis. West Hills Masonry did it all for my family. We will definitely hire them again when we start renovating our home in OC.

We just finished a major paver project with West Hills Masonry for portions of our driveway, front walkway, front courtyard, backyard patio and walkways (~2000 sq. ft), along with keystone retaining wall in our backyard (100 linear ft). Carlos G. was our rep and he handled everything with ease and professionalism. It was no walk in the park as it took over a month from our first meeting to signing the contract, but Carlos was very patient and communicative the entire time.

Before the project began, we did a walk-thru with Carlos V., and he was equally stellar. Carlos V. was always available by phone and stayed up to date on our project; not once did we feel like he dropped the ball. He was always on top of things, and knew what the crew had just done and what they were doing next. Communication is key in construction projects and these guys were beyond great at communicating with us.

Now, the crew. They were as hardworking as it gets. They were here during the hottest days of September (100+ weather). Not once did they complain nor slack off. Towards the end of the project, they stayed well past dusk (7-8 pm) just to finish their work. We had the crew headed by Julian, who was meticulous and beyond detailed. If you're offered the choice, get the crew led by Julian, they won't disappoint! Here's why: I saw him build our retaining wall - Julian not only measured every stone with a small leveler to ensure the stones were level, he also used a large leveler every 2-3 stones to ensure the wall remained straight and level. He was also a master at the bobcat, having to maneuver around tiny spaces, being careful not to scratch/dent/damage our new sunroom or house stucco. The other crew members were also respectful of our property and helped to keep it clean - one of them even brought in our trash cans for us one morning! It is very refreshing to find a construction crew that respects and values your property.

Now that the project is finished, we love our yard and can't wait to have backyard parties. Two of our neighbors have already complimented on how beautiful the pavers look and we already referred them to one of our neighbors. If you're considering any masonry projects, specifically pavers, don't hesitate to give these guys a call. Even if you don't go with them, I can guarantee they will be one of your top contenders because that is how professional they are.

West Hills Masonry redid my entire backyard. We've heard a lot about them from neighbors, so we thought we'd give them a shot. They were able to completely transform the look and feel of an otherwise unused area of our house. My wife and I love spending time around the fire pit they built, surrounded by beautiful paver stones that will last forever. We love our backyard and play hosts quite often now, and we receive many compliments too. We had John come out and help price out some hardscape in our backyard. We wanted to replace our grass with some sort of stone, to help reduce water usage. He was extremely friendly and was quick to give us a bid. Once the project began, they were quick and efficient. Highly recommend this company for all your hardscape needs!
