We had a leak in the roof of our house which suddenly became visible and got worse quickly, although the roof is only 17 years old. David Brunn from Above It All Roofing recommended to not only check and repair in the area with the leak, but to install new 2-layer felt underlayment. David’s team was well organized and did excellent work. In hindsight I’m happy we decided to re-roof the complete roof. I highly recommend Above It All Roofing and David’s team.

I typically do not write reviews but the fantastic service I received from Dave compelled me to write this one. He provided remarkable service from the initial call to the end of the project. It was very evident that Dave had significant experience with Tile roof and he quoted the best price to do required repairs. During the project he also took care of some slipped tiles for free. His team completed the work on time and did a clean job. About 2 days after the work was completed, I noticed one broken tile which his team missed to replace. Dave came in and replaced it himself without any additional charges. He did so happily and with a big smile. It was a pleasure to work with Dave and I will be hiring him for all my roof work in future. It is hard to find people like him.

They did an outstanding job retiling a 30 yr old Spanish tile custom roof about 2 months ago. This was a 3-week job that required extensive wood replacement from termite damage. Manuel and his team have good carpentry skills and the work areas were left clean each night. They also prepped an area for a solar installation. Dave Brunn was extremely responsive and always accessible every day. After the heavy rains over the past several weeks, everything works as it should with no leaks. A very good job at a fair price and I paid 100% when the job was complete.

We had our old shake shingle roof replaced last week by Above It All Roofing, Inc. They completed the job in 3 days, cleaned up every day after work, and did an overall outstanding job with the new composite shingles. David Brunn, the project manager, was always available by phone and was here at least twice every day, followed through on all aspects. The crew was exceptional, hard-working , pleasant and professional. I would without hesitation recommend this company if you have a roofing project coming up.

Above It All Roofing put on a new roof for me in December 2018. I would highly recommend this company. I was highly satisfied with them from start to finish. They gave me a timely bid, did everything as promised, notified me about dry rot, and kept my area clean every day when they finished working. David Brunn was great to work with. He provided proof of their Worker's Comp and General Liability Insurance, as they are fully licensed and insured. It was my first experience with putting a new roof on, and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They installed my roof in Feb 2020 (great job), we had some heavy footed workers break some tiles since then . . . Above It All Roofing did the repairs, going as new and 10 year warranty still valid. Love these guys!

When I had multiple roofs’ leak, I went online to find a reliable company to assess our roof. Above it All Roofing ratings and reviews stood up above many companies and I gave them a call and got an appointment within a reasonable time. When David – the project manager - and his team came to our house, they evaluated our roof and showed me the issues. They explained to me that I needed a new roof for our house. Then, David gave me a detailed explanation of what is needed to fix the roof and he gave me an estimate upfront. When his team came to start the work, they were very professional: they covered the AC unit, replaced all the damaged woods, replaced all the damaged tiles, and they changed all the vents. They also moved all the originals tiles (which are slightly different from the new tiles) in the front of the house and kept the new tiles in the back of the roof. The original tiles are not in stores anymore. At the end of the day, the team cleaned up the debris and blew up the dust before they left. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of work provided by Above it All Roofing and their price, to mention, is very competitive. Personally, I was not familiar to roofs’ work, but they made it easy for me and I highly recommend using Above it All Roofing for your roof leaks.

With original concrete tile roof underlayment in an older home, it was time to replace it. Above It All Roofing was prompt - Dave called me on a Monday after I left a message on Saturday two days prior. He worked with me and my wife to get an estimate, which they hit on point with the final invoice. As we were in storm season, I had questions on how the job would go if there was rain and Dave talked me through all the questions I had. The team was prompt and efficient and got everything done right on time, despite a few sprinkles here and there. Will definitely have Above It All Roofing on the top of my list for the next job.

I worked with Dave Brunn. From first contact to completion everything went perfectly. We had a little rain during our tile reset job but Above it All, never missed a beat and completed the job on-time. After the end of each day, the crew cleaned up the front and back of my house which was greatly appreciated. Having your roof redone is not something any of us want but for a 30 year old house, a lot of work was needed and although I might not need Above it All Roofing for another 30 years, I will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone I know with roofing concerns.

Above It All Roofing recently re-tiled the tile roof on our house and our garage. This is the second time that we have chosen Above It All Roofing to fulfill our roofing needs. We were extremely satisfied after the first roofing job they installed for us a few years ago, which was on a flat roof with difficult drainage issues. They did an outstanding job and provided ideas and solutions we had not thought of, and the roof is still serving us well.

After having to have our house tented for termites, many tiles were discovered to be broken. We called Above It All Roofing once again, and Dave, the Project Manager who had represented the company before, came out and spent time with us to assess the situation and answer our questions.

We had been told by the termite company that 19 tiles were broken. Manny and his team came soon after to replace the broken tiles. However, when they got up on the roof and could see the whole picture, there were actually 32 tiles broken and places where the material lining underneath the tiles had torn through.

Considering that the roof was the original roof from more than 40 years ago, and after discussing several options with Dave, Dave suggested that we not totally re-roof with all new tiles, but instead re-tile with our existing tiles that were in good shape, and install new ones where needed, with all new liner paper. And, that is what we elected to do.

We appreciated Dave’s expertise and problem-solving abilities, as well as his care of us in understanding our needs and concerns and spending the time with us to make sure we understood and were clear on options. Dave was so patient and kind in seeing us through the processes and in answering my questions as we went along. He is a fine, integrous man with whom it is a pleasure to work.

As to the actual job, Manny and his team worked so very hard for 6 days, even on Christmas Eve day, to make sure our job was completed as quickly as possible. They reported on time, worked efficiently all day, and then cleaned up completely at the end of each day.

Moreover, Manny and the “boys” have great skill and expertise and are perfectionists. They did a beautiful job! On top of that, they are kind and gracious people, and it was a pleasure to have them at our home. They made what could have been a stressful experience one that was reassuring and comforting because of who they are as craftsmen and as people.

In February 2023, my mom started experiencing a few roof leaks in her home and needed to get a roofer to come in and assess the state of her existing roof and what steps were needed to get the roof upgraded/repaired. As a part of that effort, she reached out to a couple roofing companies, one of which came from very positive reviews from Angies List. One of the companies simply stood out from the rest, Above It All Roofing, Inc. The PM, Dave Brunn, did an outstanding job not only in laying out what the issue was, but was very patient explaining the alternatives on the job to my mom. He was transparent in that things may change as work got started that could result in increased costs. As tiles are removed, other areas of damage could come up which wouldn’t be known when the initial assessment was done. Dave quickly provided a fair and competitive bid, which my mom went with. Dave went out of his way to tarp up the area that had previously had some leaks and provided a time frame on when the job could be completed and how long it would take once his crew got started. Dave was attentive and available when my mom had any questions. He was able to get the job done in early June, far sooner than expected. My mom was thrilled with the work product from Dave and his team. Highly recommend.

The running joke re our 50 year old shake shingle roof was, one more good wind and the roofers wouldn't have to charge us for removal.

Five minutes after calling Above It All Roofing, I got a call from David Brunn, Sales and Project Manager, that afternoon Dave came by the house and wrote up a contract with a great quote. We were anxious as to what additional work would be needed once the shingles came off, but Dave was very reassuring that they could handle it, even if there were a slight increase in cost. I had my doubts as to them having seen 'worse jobs', I knew we had to be right up there in the top two! To no one's surprise, the Tear Off Team, were done in less than two hours.

Once the roofing job started, I had a suggestion re the facia at the front of the house and Dave made it happen...no fuss no problem! Dry rot and termite damaged made it necessary to replace 6 sheets of plywood and it increased the quote a minimal amount...well worth it!

Dave was available by phone and came to the worksite at least once a day - despite seeing surgeons for a broken hand..probably from writing up so many contracts! :-) Manuel who headed up the roofing crew was exceptional: they showed up promptly, worked steadily throughout the day, despite the tremendous heat wave we were experiencing, and cleaned up after each day.

The Above It All Roofing team are hard-working, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Above It All...because when it comes to roofing, they are!!

5 stars isn’t enough! I can’t say enough good things about David and Above It All Roofing. They were communicative, timely, professional and always went the extra mile.

We had a bee hive show up in an area of our roof. We called the bee man to remove it and he ended up taking a major section of our roof off. He. said that we would have to find a roofing company to reinstall the roofing paper and tile.that he had taken apart. He gave us a couple of companies to call. After talking to several different contractors, we decided on Above It All Roofing to put us back together. Dave came out and gave us a quote and a day they could get started. They came out the following week as promised and did a great job. The crew kept the yard clean and tidy from debris. No trash laying in my yard. They were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Above It All Roofing!!
A Great company to do business with.

The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing to get an estimate to repair the leak. Dave came over and prepared the estimate while he was here. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions.
I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews.
The roofing job was to replace the felt on the entire roof, reuse existing tiles, and replace broken tiles. The cost was approximately $20, 000.
The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored.
I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles.
I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer.

I highly recommend Above It All Roofing. They quickly responded to my request for a bid, did a thorough examination of my roof, and presented me with detailed quote. Dave Brunn was our Project Manager, and he reviewed the quote with us and made sure we clearly understood all the details before we signed the contract. We did a restack of our tile roof. This approach saved us a good deal of money as most of our tiles could be reused. The workmen were professional, friendly, and diligent. They replace all questionable wood and put down a double layer of waterproof sheeting before replacing the tiles. Dave came out every day to monitor progress, answer all of my questions, and ensure all the work met the highest standards. After the job was complete, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Dave also handled all the necessary city permits, and we passed the subsequent inspections with flying colors. Above It All Roofing is a completely honest company, and I believe that is a difficult thing to find these days. They did everything they listed in the contract, they used high quality materials, they did high quality work, and they were attentive and responsive to all my concerns. You will not go wrong if you do business with them.

Above It All Roofing did an excellent job reroofing our home with our existing concrete tile. Dave was highly responsive and easy to work with, from bidding to daily checkins to final sign off. We appreciated the recommendations he offered that provided value without increasing cost. The crew was professional and courteous, and cleaned up each day. They repaired things that hadn't been done right before, completed the job on schedule and met our expectations for quality. Our roof looks beautiful. They reroofed our neighbor's home a while back so there are two very happy customers on this street.
