I was really impressed by their work. A line from my washer bursted and there was water everywhere! I was really stressed because of the pandemic. All workers showed up wearing masks and gloves and took every precaution to make sure I felt safe. Thank you so much guys! Keep up the good work!

was quoted the work would be done in 2 weeks. after 2 weeks, walls and ceiling are missing and floors are partially done. they kept extending the time and saying one more week. payment was already paid for the work. they said we can move back in...but we're missing the ceiling and the walls. how can we move back in when the walls and ceiling are missing? we told the workers not to use our bathroom. we locked the door and 2 days in a row the staff broke in and dirtied the bathroom with their shoes and rearranged our stuff. they took our warerbottles and drank it and left behind the empty bottles. we called the property to file a complaint and the lady was rude. calling me a liar and saying the staff didnt break in and use the bathroom. we took photos and videos and we definitely locked the door!

I can't say enough about this team. We had mold in our bathroom due to not having an exhaust fan. They came and took care of it. Didn't try to upscale like other companies. Jasmine and the ladies that manage the office were a delight.

Learn from our mistake. Each Servpro office is independently owned. And you can work with any other office and get honest, reasonable work done. Not these guys they are not professional, they were contacted by our insurance for a leak they prolonged the mitigation got paid by insurance but also placed a lien on the property for the same amount. When we contacted them Rod said that shouldn’t have happened he would contact accounting. A week went by no one contacted us. When I reached out they said Rod is on vacation indefinitely, accounting was not available and would call me back at 10 am the next day no call. I’ve called since 10am today they said they might be in at 11 same thing every hour and last call is they are in and will call me back. I contacted insurance they said Servpro corporate was going to ask this office to correct their mistake. Save yourself the headache and call any other local office but this one.

I had an amazing experience with Servpro! They helped me communicate with my insurance company, making sure everything was covered. I loved how professional the crews were with my water loss so I hired them for reconstruction. Best decision ever! Rod was very hands on through this whole process. A situation that is very stressful became worry free once Servpro arrived! Thank you again guys!

Had a fire in my home and called Servpro of Irvine. They were outstanding! The team arrived and handled everything. There was a horrible smoke odor and major damage, now it’s prefect for the rebuild! Their work was excellent. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys again!

Krishna and the entire staff, including Todd and Kayla, were very helpful and responsive to all my concerns and questions. They were patient and attentive with my inquiries. I went with a wrong company unfortunately and it was a big mistake. Their estimates and fees are extremely fair and reasonable. Professionalism and service is so important and one doesn't realize this until they experience the horrors of another shady company. my insurance sent out krishna patel from servepro-irvine to assess the water damage done to our bathroom ceiling. he was very kind and supportive. we learned that insurance wasn't going to pay for any of the repair work. i called krish back and he was so.helpful. he gave me abatement companies to contact. the company we contracted was amazing. He gave me an estimate for the drying out service they have. although i didin't go with his company to do the work. he was so professional and supportive when i was so stressed by the whole situation. i am so grateful that my insurance company sent him. .

Rolando and Harold did a fantastic job restoring my home after a flood. I was panicking after waking up to my first floor being flooded but they came quick! These guys were professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

What a great experience!!! ServPro was very professional in all ways! Especially during this pandemic, they were very clean and sanitary. The technicians all wore masks and performed a wonderful remodeling job. I highly recommend this company for any damage repairs. I was shocked reading the past reviews because I have no complaints. When comparing the price to other places, this was the best and best quality! Kayla did a great job at maintaining communication and answering all my questions and concerns! She would email and call me promptly! Wonderful job!

This has got to be the worst "restoration" company in the universe. My insurance carrier sent them to dry out and do demoltion after a water leak. Not only did they leave everything a mess, but they broke the gas line to my clothes dryer. They advertise 24 hour emergency service, but could not be bothered to come out and fix the gas line when I called them at 8pm. I told the person that answered the phone that I was worried about gas leaking into the condo and his response was pretty much "oh well".

Ayden is super professional. Loved working with him also has a sweet beard.

Very bad experience. Got a quote, which I thought was for drying out wall and wall repair. It turns out it was only for drying out wall - which I later found out from other contractors that this work was totally unnecessary once the leaky pipe was fixed. Moreover, I was presented with 4 pages of fine print of a contract, only when workers had arrived to do the work. I asked what was in the fine print and the representative had no idea. Unfortunately I signed, only to find out much later that the cost of the wall repair was not included. I paid what was asked on the day of the work, only to receive another bill two weeks later.

Avoid. Not very professional.

I unfortunately was in need of Servpro's services. I had a water leak that morphed into a mold problem. It took longer than Servpro thought, but one does not mess around with mold and Servpro made sure the mold was remediated. Ozzie the dispatcher kept me in constant daily communication. I think I talked to Ozzie more than my wife during this process. Ozzie, Wayne, Eddie, Gilson, Abel, and Supervisor Rolando were all prompt, polite, efficient, and delightful to deal with. The "mess" was minimized as much as possible by Servpro essentially creating a plastic clean room to contain the mold and debris. Servpro made a frustrating situation as pleasant as an unwelcomed water leak and mold problem could be. Thank you Servpro and your great employees.

We contacted our local ServPro in late November to inspect water damage from a leak in our kitchen. It was easy to set up the appointment and we had an inspector at our house the next day. He took his assessment and said he will be making a report in the next couple weeks. Since then, we have been calling to receive this report or have the report sent to our insurance agency multiple times. We cannot get a hold of the inspector, and those helping us in the office, tell us they will let him know to send the report. This has been an extreme setback in our renovation, as we cannot move forward without this report sent to our insurance company. Hoping for more accountability and to move forward with mitigation with ServPro Irvine, but without the report, we are simply stuck in this mess.
