I have been working with them for about 15 years.

This company has absolute horrible customer service. We reached out to them to be a lighting vendor for our HOA. They offer fair pricing, but do not complete their work and require constant follow up to get anything partially completed. Victor is very difficult to work with. He is argumentative and speaks to you as if he is doing you a favor, by even entertaining a discussion. We issued them a work order in February to replace 5 light posts. It took them 4 months to complete 4 of the 5. In October I followed up with Victor and he kept arguing with me that they were only supposed to do 4. A technician showed up to complete the 5th pole and did not have the post or the appropriate tools. He also took the new light we supplied, and never returned it. I had our property manager send him the work order and he never responded. We ended up having another vendor complete the work. Don't waste your time with this company.

Thomas and Alexis came to fix some lights at our location and did a fantastic job. Thomas was able to thoroughly explain the problem to us. Great job guys.

I have worked with LU Electric for almost 5 years now. They have always been reliable and do great work. What made me post a review today is because we really wanted to give a shout out to Mickey. He came out for one task and we ended up needing him for several more projects. He stayed at our property the entire day and always had a great attitude.
