I called this company when a few outlets in my house suddenly stopped working. The person who answered the phone told me they can send an electrician right away and it would cost $60 for an electrician to come in. Everything up to here was fine but the electrician this company sent was not helpful or courteous. His attitude was not professional and without figuring out what the main problem was he said it would cost $250 to replace an outlet. When I asked him if that was the issue, he said he doesn’t know until he starts fixing. I felt uncomfortable letting him start when he hasn’t given me an accurate diagnosis. So I asked him it could be more than $250 and what happens if that’s not the issue. He says that’s why I’m giving you a minimum only. He kept asking if the price is what I don’t like and went on to explain why he can’t just be paid $60. I told him the money is not the concern but that he needs to let us know what the issue is and not just say it could be this or it could be that. At that point, I told him we’ll just end it at $60 and he was still going about fixing the problem etc. He says that he had other customers who complained about this way of estimating so I’m here think why don’t you not communicate this way then. I don’t recommend this company at all!

UPDATE: I called for another electrician and turns out the problem was super simple and didn’t involve the need to change any outlets at all. It just needed to reset the circuit breaker. Case in point, don’t use this company if you want fair priced work!
