We’ve had Art’s clean carpets and upholstery for several years. They are on time, polite and do a great job every time.

The team that came was very nice and definitely worked hard, but I don’t feel like I got a “deep clean” or that the survey I filled out ahead of time was given adequate attention. I requested a deep cleaning with focus on the floors, tile and grout and the corners and baseboards that were hard to get to. These were not given attention in a detailed way. I feel like I just a surface level cleaning. There are still dirt and spots on the floor. This is extra frustrating because they went an hour over the scheduled- three hour block. This would’ve been an excellent clean if it was a basic home cleaning, but for a deep clean, the specifically says grout and tile and details will be addressed, I don’t think it was adequate.

Art and company has come by now multiple times to clean my carpet. Each time they make the carpet look nearly brand new. They are meticulous and took excellent care of the baseboards and wood ensuring no damage of the home.

This is a review for the cleaning they provided to my Dad (I live out of town).

They were incredible. From the intake process I felt heard and understood on my needs. Pricing felt fair and accessible. The cleaners themselves were thoughtful, kind and generous in how they cleaned my dad’s house. He called and let me know, “they even wiped the legs of our dining chairs for dust!”

We’d highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Art and his team did a wonderful job cleaning our home! We also needed our windows cleaned, and they truly exceeded our expectations. I have no idea how they managed to reach the highest windows, but they’re now absolutely spotless! The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Arts cleaning services / carpet cleaning came on time, put down tarps, worked fast, were friendly and the carpets look great! We will use them again.

This was our first home cleaning project. Coordination for the service was efficien & I appreciate that. The cleaning crew showed up timely and were prepared. They did a great job for the rooms upstairs; however, for downstairs, there were a few missing spots on the floor. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning windows and sliding doors track. Over all, I am happy with the service & would recommend Art’s Cleaning Service.

Great job, the ladies were very professional, working hard, and did a great job. Art was there at the start too! First cleaning about 2 hours plus a bit.

We needed a whole house cleanup after construction, and the two ladies were up to the job. Fine dust was everywhere, requiring detailed cleaning. They missed a few high places such as door tops, but overall I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Art’s, and I will definitely use them in the future.

We hired them for a move out cleaning and they did a great job! Art and his company are easy to reach and easy to schedule with. I have used them several times for carpet cleaning as well and they are great. Super nice people and family owned which I love!

We ordered the deep cleaning package but we’re not satisfied with the overall clean. There were still multiple areas of dust on the windows and the showers still showed mineral stains. The clean was okay but not worth the price.

Very nice job cleaning. Especially the bathrooms/shower and kitchen! They even made the bed and loaded the dishwasher! They wiped the outside of every cabinet door and mirror. Mopped. Vacuumed. I would probably want some very specific extra areas dusted and vacuumed next time that I will let them know of but otherwise very nice job. Two people spent about 3.5hrs cleaning nonstop.

I am a repeat customer !!! I just had a wonderful experience with Art! I have been using a different company and when I reached out to them they started telling me how gas was expensive and I lived far and quoted me triple what I had paid less than a year ago. Well that turned me off quickly, as I wanted to give my business to someone who actually wants it. I decided to look for someone more local to me instead. On Yelp, Art responded to my request for a quote quickly and the price was right! He was super honest, straight to the point, and I was able to show him photos so that there were no surprises when it came to quotes. I reached out to several places and this was the best value for the price by far! His employee Was extremely thorough and took his time on getting my sofa sectional clean, along with a glider. I also had a cat tower that they were also able to service and clean as well! I was so so happy with the results. The attention to detail was superb, they even had little corner guards to protect the corners of your walls from being scraped or touched by their equipment.

They even had fans and laid down sheets to keep everything clean! The other company I used did not take this much care. I really cannot believe how great their pricing is.

I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them again!

I had a wonderful experience with this cleaning company, and I want to especially highlight Olga. She did everything with such care — the place was spotless, tidy, and absolutely perfect. Every little detail was taken into account. Olga is a lovely, kind person, and it was a pleasure to chat with her. Overall, I was extremely impressed and highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using their services again!

Roman was a magician and very meticulous! He did a beautiful job on the carpet. He completely lifted the stains from a rug that was soiled 8 out of 10. Lastly, he applied protectant so in the future most of the soiling will come out of the carpet with a vacuum.

Art's is a quality operation. They provide continuous communication at all stages of the appointment and visit process!

We used Art's for both window cleaning and a move out cleaning. They did a great job on both projects. They were able to get our windows cleaned the same day I called. For our move out cleaning, they were great about communication and the cleaners were efficient and thorough. The house was big, and they sent out an extra cleaner, which was incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend!

We had our first cleaning service with Art’s today for the home. This was a wonderful experience and the two people did a fantastic job. Everything was spotless! Will be continuing for maintenance cleans!
