BC Hauling did a complete 300 square ft Kitchen gut of cabinets, drywall and dropped ceiling framing, etc., all in one 7 1/2 hour long day. They were on time, extremely efficient, clean and professional to work with. As a 48 year General Contractor I really appreciated the service they rendered & would use them agaiin with out a second thought.

I have used BC Hauling and Demolition several times over the years, most recently during a major whole-house remodel, and I would highly recommend them.

I first worked with Bill and his team about five years ago after we experienced a slab leak that required a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. We had to move out of our home during the process, so getting the work done efficiently was extremely important to our family. We also live in a neighborhood where the homes are very close together, and we wanted to be respectful of our neighbors throughout the construction.

I explained the situation to Bill, including the fact that one of our neighbors was particularly sensitive to any work being done nearby. Bill was incredibly understanding and went out of his way to minimize disruptions as much as possible. He was accommodating with scheduling and worked hard to help expedite the demolition so we could get our family back into the house sooner.

Most recently, we completed a full-house remodel that required extensive interior demolition as well as work around the property. Once again, Bill took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and provide a detailed quote. I especially appreciated that he stuck to the quoted price and didn’t surprise us with additional costs along the way.

I’ve worked with other demolition companies in the past, and many of them seem to operate with a “blow and go” mentality, leaving a mess behind once the job is done. That has never been the case with BC Hauling and Demolition. They consistently left the property clean and organized at the end of each project.

Across all three jobs, Bill’s crews were professional, respectful, and trustworthy. I never had concerns about leaving the property while they were working. Finding contractors you can rely on is not always easy, which is why I continue to call BC Hauling and Demolition whenever I have a project that requires their services.

If you’re looking for a company that is honest, dependable, fair with pricing, and respectful of both your home and your neighbors, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bill and BC Hauling and Demolition.

Contacted Bill to remove some cinder blocks and cement from our backyard and he quickly responded with an estimate and was able to fit us in the next day. Great experience hiring BC Hauling and Demolition to demo a very large wood patio cover. So very easy to connect and receive a quote. The pricing was reasonable. The crew that came to do the job were very professional and checked in with us with questions before completing the job. The clean up was very thorough as well. Bought a number of trees here. One of our palms was not doing well a month after planting. I called Moon Valley to inquire about the 3 month warranty we had but they kept gaslighting. They would say "text us photos of the tree and we can go from there". I texted photos, they said "they'd check with their manager". Following up with them I got no response. This happened with two separate employees from Moon Valley and never ended up getting a response by the time the warranty expired. Almost one year later and the tree is still looking awful. Not pleased with this experience
