They are the plastic surgeons of carpet cleaning! Roman texted that they were en route. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. I was so worried that my carpet was beyond hope and was assured that they were going to be able to fix it. Their confidence immediately put me at ease. They were very careful to protect my other flooring and made sure everything was spotless before they left. I definitely recommend them and will employ their services again! We have hired Roman with Sharks Cleaning Services three times now. During the holidays, he came on short notice at 5 PM from Long Beach to Aliso Viejo. He did an excellent job making our carpet look new. We were very impressed and pleased with the results and turnaround time. They’ve also done a fantastic job cleaning our tiles. Our home now feels fresh and peaceful.

Wow. Blown away with the professionalism of this place and they did such an amazing job cleaning my white couches. Roman was super professional and genuinely seemed to care for my furniture the way that I did. He showed up exactly on time, worked the entire time, and did exactly what he said he would. I love the result. I had multiple stains on my white couches and he was able to remove everting and made them look brand new. I will forever use their services going forward.

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism received. The care in which they took to clean my sofa and area rug was such a pleasant surprise and because my sofa is light in color, it was explained that whilst still wet, marks will show, and the marks will fade as it dries completely. Too soon to tell if the marks will be completely removed, however will update once it has dried.

Easy to book and see pricing. Great communication about arrival time. Technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was respectful of the house. Mixed review on the actual cleaning though. I had one couch that had stains that I knew were 5 plus years old and those seemed to come well. However our main couch had staining that was due to perspiration and started showing maybe 2-3 months ago. He did tell me it may not come out, but after cleaning said it did all come out, as it dried I started seeing that it didn't. Maybe it is slightly light? Maybe. Also the rug that was cleaned also did not clean up. So maybe if you have specific stains this works well, but for everyday wear and tear/slow buildup over time it does not. Since these two items in my main room didn't clean well, it felt expensive, but if they had cleaned up nicer maybe I wouldn't feel that way.

I was so impressed by the professionalism and customer service Sharks Cleaning Service provided when I had my couch cleaned!
