Great company! We have lots of pets so we chose this cleaning company because all the products they use is pet friendly. We have their services every 2 weeks. Three cleaners always show up on time and clean our home for 2 hours. The home is always left spotless ! Greatly reccomend it

I have had many cleaning services over the years but Mother Earth is tops. The crews are proactive and take initiative to make things perfect- if they see mess or disorganization, they fix it, even if it's outside the "usual" routine. Special kudos to Shiela Gomez and her crew of cleaning angels- they work so hard! Blas is also very professional and customer service is exceptional. Biweekly service keeps my household of a retiree, teenaged boy and his friends, and two fuzzy felines in very good shape with very little effort from us. You can expect quality from Mother Earth!

I've been using Mother Earth maids for a couple of years. Their Management team is very responsive and flexible . I get a reminder 2 days before their scheduled appt. When I have had something in particular I want them to do, the Manager puts a note in my file for my team. What i like is that there are 3 professionals who come. Eric (I believe) is the onsite manager and speaks fluent english. i happened to be home today when they arrived, so I lounged in my car in my garage to stay out of their way. Lots of activity could be heard going on upstairs! Some of the things I've noticed in the past have been that they clean each bulb on my dining room chandelier. Dust every picture. Clean my hardwood floors with Bona, clean the TOP of my ceiling fan blades. They also clean my sliding glass door and sweep my deck! It takes the 3 of them an hour and my condo is 1000 sq feet. I highly recommend them!!

Good rate for monthly service. The girls were punctual and thorough although many only spoke Spanish. Some crews were better than others. The “green” products they used wasn’t enough to keep our bathroom and kitchen clean so I asked to switch to bleach products and it worked out great. The manager is very helpful about scheduling and last minute bookings as needed. Will continue to use their services.

Mother Earth Maids were quick to respond to my inquiry, punctual on the day of and did a thorough job, especially with our showers which really needed a clean. They moved furniture out of the way to vacuum underneath. My mom was the one who inspected at the end, and when she asked them to dust a few more places, they did so. Our house feels sparkling clean!

We had a great experience with Mother Earth Maids! They wore face masks the whole time, deep cleaned EVERYTHING from the baseboard to inside the fridge and even got out a deep stain we had in the bathroom that I thought would never go away, but they got it out, all while using non-toxic cleaners! We will 100% use them again!

I've had Mother Earth Maids for over a year now and they always do an incredibly good job. Yeseneia and her crew are always very thorough and if they have time, they go above and beyond and do something extra. It's a wonderful surprise to come home and see that something extra was done, even though it's certainly not expected. I would highly recommend this team and I'm sure the others at Mother Earth Maids are just as professional and thorough.

July 15, 2024 Update: Such a pleasure to work with Blas and Diego Prado in the office. So friendly and cooperative even with special requests. I had to have surgery on a Tuesday, our regular cleaning day. Diego was very thoughtful and arranged a special time for the Team to clean my home on Monday the day before the surgery! Sandra and Daisy did a fine job, they really care!

Feb 6, 2024: Ms. Sandra’s Team arrived on time with big smiles. They wore masks to protect one of my family with immune system problems. They were very kind and respectful like that in everything. Sandra was so helpful and responsive to my requests where to start and what to do. They worked hard, bringing excellent cleaning supplies.

First they dusted each room’s high walls and ceiling corners with their long extension pole duster, also using it to carefully dust off the tops of large fragile mirrors and lamps.

After that dust fell, they dusted all the furniture, being careful to use only wood cleaner on wood, and only glass cleaner on glass, mirrors, and lamps. Then in the two bathrooms and kitchen, they scrubbed the counters and all other surfaces clean. Then they vacuumed all the floors.

They cleaned our bedroom, living and dining room, office, large kitchen, staircase, and two large bathrooms.
Even our 4 glass patio doors which are easy to reach from the patio. (They normally do not do exteriors).

The best cleaning service I’ve ever had! They are so detailed and make my house spotless every time! They always go above and beyond expectations … They clean under furniture, inside the fridge, wipe windows, and just consistently go the extra mile with countless little touches/details every time. I love how clean my house feels after they are done! Fabulous job!

We have been using MotherEarth Maids in our house every 2 weeks for a number of years and find the service to be excellent. They are very professional and extremely thorough. If we have to change the day of the service for some reason (such as house guests, being out of town, or having repairs done on the house), we call the manager at least 24 hrs. in advance and we can easily work out another date. We were quite appreciative when at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we received a detailed email from MotherEarthMaids about how their workers would adapt their services so that we could all be as safe as possible, and everything has been fine so far from that standpoint. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to others; they are much better than any other housecleaning service that we used previously.

I have been using Sheila’s group & they’re fabulous! They are quick, professional, honest & they do a fabulous job on my home. I’ve had several different cleaning ladies, a couple different companies, but Mother Earth is the best by far! They are exceptional! Thank you Mother Earth!

I have been a client of Mother Earth Maids for for 7 years. Erick always does a sparkling job of cleaning our home. He is very dedicated, careful, conscientious and detail oriented. He has integrity and takes pride in his work, leaving my home in tip-top clean condition. Always on time. I first decided upon Mother Earth Maids for my housecleaning needs due to the careful product choices they use, which are safer for the environment and your health. I'm glad I did. I do not recommend this company. Initially, our experience was positive, but over the past few months, the quality has declined significantly. Despite numerous issues, I remained hopeful after discussing these with Diego, but no improvements were made. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in our invoices, including being overcharged on several occasions. I withheld payment on the last two invoices pending adjustments to reflect the correct amounts, which I am willing to settle. However, their response was unprofessional; when they did not reach me by phone they inappropriately contacted my neighbors to discuss my account. This company does not provide value for money as your home will still be left with dusting that needs to be done floors that need to be properly cleaned, and let's not even mention the fact that they put dirty dishes on top of clean dishes and shoved things in cupboards and closets that did not belong there. Again, I would not recommend this company save your money. Go with a quality company instead. The only reason why they have high Google reviews is because after they do their first service, they send you a Google link for you to please give them a good review and they make sure they do a good job for the first few services.

IN RESPONSE TOO THEIR DAMAGE CONTROLLED RESPONSE:

I'm not going to go back-and-forth with this company. They have lied on They have put in their response in order to do damage control. Buy it your own risk type of situation here. I would suggest that you go to yelp and read the reviews from other people on yelp. They tried to do these bullying. Antics and threats to get us to remove our reviews. They have spoken with my husband. What he has said to them and what they have said to him contradicts their response here. They have definitely lied regarding what they called my neighbors for Said to my neighbors as I could also get statements from the neighbors, I've already spoke to. Again There is a conflict With the charges that they have Charged. We canceled service before they canceled us. I just can't even go on and on about how many here. I encourage you to not take my word for it, but read the many other reviews of Unhappy with their services. The only reason why they have better reviews on Google is because they send you a link for you to leave a Google review approximately one month into your services It may have been on the first visit. I can't remember but definitely within the month.

The crew that cleaned my house from Mother Earth Maids was top notch! They showed up at the expected time, and once we went over the layout, got immediately to work. They were fast, but thorough and very detail-oriented, taking care of lots of minor tasks that I didn’t expect. I highly recommend them for your house-cleaning project!
