Pristine Cleaners is awesome! I walked into my new home that was left a complete mess by the previous tenants, and they saved the day to say the least. The crew came in as soon as possible given my last minute request and had the house looking clean and gave me so much relief. Give them a call I definitely recommend.

I’ve used this company a few times to do a deep clean on my house and I’ve been really happy with the results. I’ve tried a bunch of companies in the area and this is the most consistent and well done clean I’ve had. I’ve also had problems in the past with cleaners showing up at all and they’re always here and on time.

Pristine Cleaners of Orange County claims to be expert cleaners but failed to meet even basic expectations. I hired them to clean my Airbnb in preparation for new renters, but their poor cleaning led to negative feedback from my guests. Their lack of thoroughness and attention to detail was unacceptable. I would not use their services again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! I needed a deep clean after remodeling and they knew exactly what to do to get rid of all the dust. I needed something right away and Jake worked with me to get in right in time. Maria was very thorough, kind and professional. Highly recommend, especially after you have construction done to your home.

We used their move-in cleaning service for our first home, and we’re very satisfied! After reading all the reviews I was eager to have a great experience with Pristine Cleaners and it was far from that. I spoke with Jake and scheduled a deep move-in clean for $415 which included cleaning inside appliances, baseboards etc. for a new home my clients just purchased. The photos attached were after the clean was complete, baseboards and window sills were filthy and refrigerator still dirty. Caveat that the seller had turned off electricity and water which we were unaware of, but that was not needed to wipe down these surfaces.
Jake said he could have the cleaners come back the next day which he then charged me an additional $50 and they showed up over 2 hours late.
Everything costs $470 for a clean of a1100 sq ft home and a terrible job.

I had a tight deadline and needed the job completed the following day he made it happen without any hesitation.

The cleaning crew showed up on time, well-prepared, and worked with great attention to detail. Even though the house wasn’t in terrible shape, I knew there were plenty of small details I wouldn’t have time to tackle myself before moving out. They took care of everything: baseboards, blinds, vents, doors, and all the overlooked corners that really make a difference. By the end, the entire home was sparkling and felt refreshed from top to bottom.

What impressed me most was their efficiency. The property is just over 2,100 square feet, and they wrapped everything up in under four hours without cutting corners. The price was more than fair, and Jake even adjusted the cost since I had already done some of the general cleaning ahead of time.
