They were here for less than 30 minutes. The carpet is in good condition and needed just a deep steam clean. The carpet still has a layer of dust on it and it's clearly visible. They didn't spend enough time cleaning. This is also the most I've ever paid to have my carpet cleaned. I expected it to be done well and it wasn't

Had them come out and clean my couch. Couch looks great, smells nice. They arrived early, professional, handled in a timely manner, cleaned the floors after, left no mess. Would recommend for couch cleaning services.

Sharks did a great job with my apartment cleaning. My 2nd bedroom was really dirty from a past housemate and I needed it to be ready for viewing. Their products and machines were superb. The liquid that they used to lift the dirt smelled great and they did a 5-step cleaning for sure. They have their own water supply and didn't need to hook up the hose from my kitchen sink or outside faucet. Their pace was steady and I did not feel rushed at all like other cleaners but they still finished in record time. They were communicative the whole time. It's true that they don't have any hidden fees. What was quoted to me was what I paid for based on great customer inquiry and quotation from the lady I spoke with on Yelp. I am also happy that they were available on a short notice. They are my current favorite carpet cleaners and I will definitely hire them again. A great recommendation from an Irvine residents' group on Facebook.

Mike and his crew did a great job on our carpet and couch and recliner, our carpet is old and we also have pets . Sharks exceeded our expectations in how clean everything looks after drying out overnight. I should mention good value for the price they charged (very competitive). Thanks Sharks

Our carpet hasn’t been cleaned in over 2 years of foot traffic. Sharks Carpet Crew of two came in and knocked it out in One hour!! 2 bedrooms, a hallway, living room & dining room!! Crazy fast and it looked like brand new carpet when they were finished!! Definitely recommend them!!

The guys were very patient because I was running late. Took care of moving everything out of the way and was very respectful of my space. Did an amazing job cleaning my couch after my cat had an accident and also my rug. Cleaning products smells great too! High recommend

They are the plastic surgeons of carpet cleaning! Roman texted that they were en route. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. I was so worried that my carpet was beyond hope and was assured that they were going to be able to fix it. Their confidence immediately put me at ease. He did an excellent job making our carpet look new. We were very impressed and pleased with the results and turnaround time. They’ve also done a fantastic job cleaning our tiles. Wow. Blown away with the professionalism of this place and they did such an amazing job cleaning my white couches. Roman was super professional and genuinely seemed to care for my furniture the way that I did. He showed up exactly on time, worked the entire time, and did exactly what he said he would. I love the result. I had multiple stains on my white couches and he was able to remove everting and made them look brand new. I will forever use their services going forward.

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism received. The care in which they took to clean my sofa and area rug was such a pleasant surprise and because my sofa is light in color, it was explained that whilst still wet, marks will show, and the marks will fade as it dries completely. Too soon to tell if the marks will be completely removed, however will update once it has dried.
10/10 for service!!

Easy to book and see pricing. Great communication about arrival time. Technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was respectful of the house. Mixed review on the actual cleaning though. I had one couch that had stains that I knew were 5 plus years old and those seemed to come well. However our main couch had staining that was due to perspiration and started showing maybe 2-3 months ago. He did tell me it may not come out, but after cleaning said it did all come out, as it dried I started seeing that it didn't. Maybe it is slightly light? Maybe. Also the rug that was cleaned also did not clean up. So maybe if you have specific stains this works well, but for everyday wear and tear/slow buildup over time it does not. Since these two items in my main room didn't clean well, it felt expensive, but if they had cleaned up nicer maybe I wouldn't feel that way.

I was so impressed by the professionalism and customer service Sharks Cleaning Service provided when I had my couch cleaned! I was running late to arrive at my house in time to have my couch cleaned and the tech waited for almost a 1/2 an hour. It was quick and the finished product came out flawlessly.
