AC has been busted for a few days. I thought I could tolerate the heat without my AC, but I was definitely kidding myself. I called other companies for quotes and availabilities but no other company could compare to Irvine Air. Irvine Air was responsive and within my budget. I made a phone call to Irvine Air in the morning and they were able to help me with my AC repair the very same day. Robert came in clutch with the save. His customer service was impeccable, he talked me through every process along the way. He got my AC up and running again in half an hour. Highly and strongly recommended to anyone who needs help with AC repairs. You the man, Robert!

I’ve been working with Irvine AC and Refrigeration for the shop I work at and they’ve been so reliable! Mike is always quick to answer. Stanley is the best HVAC tech I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Also worked with Robert and maybe Daniel, forgive me I cannot remember quite well. The techs are all very respectful, professional and great at communicating what needs to be done. They always give me a fair quote quickly. I called Irvine AC to fix a leak from our roof top ac unit and they fixed our leaking refrigerator quickly and never added on charges for parts- just one solid price for the work done. I would very much recommend this company for any HVAC or refrigeration needs. They will not sell you anything you don’t need or up charge you - they’re really good honest people here. You won’t regret it!

Stanley was fantastic! He was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. It’s such a relief to have everything working again, and his positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. AC was broken for most of the summer, Alex came in, told us the issues and quickly resolved our problem within minutes, replacing our thermostat and being able to get our AC up and running! Would recommend on how fast and efficient he was, company had no diagnostic fee which was nice this know I was not just paying for finding out what the issue was

It’s the hottest weekend of the summer so far and of course my AC unit started sputtering. I called and someone was out to service my unit within just a few hours despite how busy they all are. Amazing! My AC died....really scary in hot weather. Irvine AC & Refrig came and had it running in about 10 mins. I was very impressed with their technical knowledge, business ethics and prices. They come on time and did a thorough inspection and diagnose of our AC both externally and internally, and find the coil is leaking. They replaced the big old coil up in the attic for us with high quality one and everything works well and come with labor and equipment warranty. They are professional and friendly to communicate and take care of everything in a careful way, and kept our home tidy and clean after the work. I'm very happy with their job.

We needed a complete condenser/evaporator coil replacement and certification, plus repair on the furnace. The Staff and Technicians (Stanley and his assistant) at Irvine Air are GREAT! Everyone is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional and ON-TIME! We were very happy with this project!

We upgraded to a Daikin Fit heat pump giving 19 seer efficiency. Robert and his team never failed to reply to my many questions tho he’s incredibly busy installing (tax credit deadline). Called late Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. The technician (Stanley) was prompt, professional, and did a great job. He had our unit back up and running and cooling nicely within 40 minutes. I highly recommend.

Stan was much more knowledgeable than the other companies. He did our heater last year. Him and his team are honest, smart, nice, and respond very quickly.
