Hired Simple Outdoor Living to do our landscaping at our new home construction. Their speed and quality of work is good.

My issue with them was after they finished the job and collected payment, their plant they put in died just a couple weeks later. I reached out and asked for advice. I even asked if I should just hire a gardener to come replace it. Coleman made it seem like they would come back and fix it. I was even willing to pay for it. He kept saying they'll be back for weeks and then would go silent. Now its been several months and he has stopped responding.

Just a little transparency and communication would've handled the whole situation. I just paid for new landscaping including underground water system and yet the plant is dead within weeks. If you don't want to come back and replace it, at least tell me rather than making it seem like you'll handle it and then disappear without responding.

Bryan was always available to answer our questions, ensuring our ideas were incorporated before submitting the project drawings and 3D renderings to the HOA. Their comprehensive knowledge of our neighborhood's HOA policies, including approved lighting and plants, resulted in our project receiving approval on the first review.

Coleman managed the project impeccably, offering a professional, personable service. His visit with us to the nursery for plant selection, along with his detailed explanations, truly stood out. The team skillfully accommodated our additional requests, and we are grateful to Coleman, Jhonatan, and the entire team for their outstanding service.

The final result exceeded our expectations. Our chosen plants, efficient irrigation system with timers, and low-voltage lighting system were implemented with precision and responsibility, all programmed expertly by Coleman. We are thrilled with the beautiful transformation of our landscape.

After observing recent projects in our neighborhood, we genuinely believe that our front yard and private outdoor seating space are the best, providing a relaxing sanctuary adorned with stunning plants.

Iam so glad I hired Landmark to a total backyard makeover. Their work is excellent. I shopped around other contractors and Landmarks design took our breath away! They know how to transform a yard. We just finished our back and front yard done from Landmark Custom Landscape, we been getting the quotes from different companies and it took more than an year for us to decide to who should we go to get the work done and we made the right decision to go with this company. Tom has an amazing crew to do any or every job. They were coming on time everyday 6 days a week. Whenever we call Tom he was always available to answer any question or concern we have and he stand behind his work. Overall we are very happy to choose this company. I 100% recommend this company. My backyard, water-feature and front yard looks amazing.

Tom and his team did an amazing job on our backyard and front yard for our new construction house.

It all started with Tom meeting with us to get a feel for what features we wanted and what budget he had to work with. He then invited us over to his office where he presented us with an amazing 3D rendering (at no cost or obligation) of our house and our yard with a design he came up that included all the features we wanted laid out in a very modern, clean looking design.

After we agreed to move forward with the project, we got to back to his office/warehouse where we were able to meet with his in-house designer and see in-person all the materials available and pick out the ones we wanted.

The next day, the work started on our yard and his teams were extremely professional and very hard working. They (3-6 workers) were here every day at 7am until 3 or 4pm, 6 days a week. At the end of every day, things were cleaned up and made ready for the next day.

The entire project took around 3 months to complete, with a small break between finishing the backyard and starting on the front yard. The finished product was awesome and looked just like the renderings he initially provided. There were no added costs from the original contract, everything was priced out upfront.

Landmark definitely wasn't the cheapest option, but we felt very comfortable with Tom and his team from the very beginning and are very happy with the results.

We were very fortunate to be guided towards Landmark Custom Landscape. Remodel projects can be very stressful, but Tom has a calming effect with his experience, knowledge, honesty and straight forward approach. None of the Landmark work is sub-contracted, which makes the project manageable and seamless. We couldn’t be more happy with our new totally custom backyard. Great job by the Landmark team!

I had a great experience with Landmark Custom Landscape. They designed and built a beautiful backyard for me in just over three months -- pool, jacuzzi, deck, stone patio, putting green, Ipe wood wall, and flowering plants. The results are excellent. I am grateful I hired them and not a less experienced team. They did what they said they would do. They did it fast. And they did it very well. I highly recommend them.

It was a scary leap but so glad we did. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Our house feels like a resort. Tom and his team have exceeded our expectations in every way. The Design, attention to detail and craftsmanship phenomenal. Every day they came to our house was a pleasure to watch them work. I hired Landmark after nearly half the homes in my new development had great things to say about them. I’d moved to a new neighborhood with a huge yard that needed a complete restart. From design to completion Landmark was first class. It was a really big job. Things always go wrong on jobs like this one, but they identified 90% of them with no help from me. The other 10% were worked through together, and they were very fair with the needed change orders. It’s a bit of a miracle that we did so much work with so little trouble. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They do an amazing job.
