Rescue Roofers is a pleasure to work with. I contacted several roofers and no one compared to rescue Roofers. Rescue Roofers are so professional and nice. Unlike the other roofers that came to my home, Rescue Roofers explained everything and answered all my question. They gave me a detailed estimate and they stood by it. They arrived when they said they would and everyone worked very hard. They are a great team and work with the customer. My job was finished within 3 days and my new roof looks beautiful. Bought a number of trees here. One of our palms was not doing well a month after planting. I called Moon Valley to inquire about the 3 month warranty we had but they kept gaslighting. They would say "text us photos of the tree and we can go from there". I texted photos, they said "they'd check with their manager". Following up with them I got no response. This happened with two separate employees from Moon Valley and never ended up getting a response by the time the warranty expired. Almost one year later and the tree is still looking awful. Not pleased with this experience

Went to Moon Valley to buy a whole slew of trees/plants for our backyard. Lacey helped us find trees for our project - she did a great job finding trees I was specifically looking for (even looking at other Moon Valley locations) and showing me trees I hadn't thought of. She was very patient and never rushed us, even though we wanted to see a lot. I made some changes to the order before the delivery day and she was always accommodating and quick to respond (really quick!).

Delivery and planting day went well. Brandon, Juan, Alex and Manuel were all pros. They planted about 30 trees and plants and were excellent about consulting with me about placement and right before trees went into the ground (to choose best face) - trees were all straight and placed in exactly the right spots. There was no question that they knew exactly what they were doing.

My only advice if you're ordering a lot of plants is to choose/approve EVERY plant before delivery day - there were a few plants that were much too small for their price/container size, which we cancelled - but it was all taken care of with no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again - especially trees.

Very good experience. The crew is friendly and helpful. They worked with me on some special planting needs. I'm a general contractor and an engineer. Very often when I hire a service I am disappointed but this was not the case here. I'm very happy with moon nursery and their staff.

The site manager in Irvine, Nick was also very helpful and followed up with advice on proper care.

I walked into the Moon Valley Nursery on Charleston with a wish list and not much else. The 1st person I spoke to (Jordan) was very helpful, asking the right questions and walking me through the whole property looking at various trees. I wanted to have 3 trees removed from our backyard and some new ones installed. An hour later I was heading home and looking forward to reviewing my notes and photos. I decided on some trees and, after Jordan's visit to my garden, made the final choices. Removal of 5 trees (2 palms in the front yard & 3 in the back) and planting of 2 10-12 ft trees and 5 bushes, all in the back. I received the quote promptly, signed and paid for the trees and work. In the meantime Jordan left the company but Kyle picked it up with no hitches. The removal process was wonderful to watch and very efficient. Omar and his crew spent 2 days and cleaned everything each day. Then Jonathan and his crew arrived and the planting went just as smoothly. I was given explicit instructions on how to care for the new plantings and, 9 days later, they seem to be thriving. Now I'm starting to look at adding cactus.... From the start I have been very pleased with the professionalism, the courtesy and the skill. Oh, and did I tell you that everything has a one year guarantee? I am very happy that I chose Moon Valley for my garden renovation.

My experience with MVN started great but ended poorly. The planting crew did a GREAT job but they didn’t have the mulch to finish the job. When I called to get the mulch delivery scheduled I was told it would be two weeks to get it delivered. In my opinion that is not acceptable. They didn’t finish my job and they put other customers in front of me before they did. On multiple phone calls, being told different things from different people, I was over promised but they under delivered. There was very poor communication. That’s bad business. If anything business should under promise and over deliver 5 star results. I like the way the plants look but we could’ve done without the stress they caused us. Because of this I won’t recommend Moon Valley Nurseries in Irvine CA.

I haven't bought anything (yet) but Lacey had a wealth of information and knowledge about what would work best for my space. Pricing was transparent and she was able to provide a lot of options within my budget for fruiting trees.

Fantastic experience! Sean was wonderful to work with in the office, picking plants and designing the yard and when a tree seemed to be in shock a little too long Cody came out and assessed our Tree! Cody looked through all the plants, was thorough, very knowledgeable and so helpful. Cody gave excellent customer service and was truly insightful with his thoughts on keeping all the plants looking their best !! Thank you Sean and Cody so very much - we LOVE our new yard!!

Moon Valley is incredible. Great looking, healthy trees/plants and insanely friendly service that knows their stuff. Highly recommend Jared Green there.

This place is humongous! Acre of perennial shrubs behind parking lot, then the whole freeway of tree after tree after tree. Yard muddy in spots but that's expected. Staff is knowledgeble, friendly, and will help with any project BIG (the Pepper Tree next to the office is massive!) or small. Only entrance is off Alton going south before Sand Canyon, best to exit 405 freeway at Jeffrey/University. Such a beautiful place and definitely like no other nursery.

Really great stuff. Trees are pricey. Some days the staff is absent, there is no one manning register. I go for the Moon Juice, Micro-Nutrient Stimulator and the Moon Dust Fertilizer. See photo of my lemon tree results after just 4 months of use.

Fran Florian did an excellent job in helping us select 2 privacy trees for our backyard. His communication skill were excellent. Would highly recommend him if you live close to the Orange County Moon Valley location!

Just wanted to say thank you to Jake and Moon Nursery Irvine for their excellent work. Jake walked my wife and me through picking the exact plants and trees and then created a digital mockup of how it would look in our yard, which helped seal the deal. Another thank you to Cruz and his planting crew; they were clean and efficient and made our yard look amazing. I'll be back.

Yesterday I went to the nursery and wanted to buy a chameleon tree and a pot or two. Alex Avala help me. He was extremely polite and offered to deliver my purchases to me on his way home from work. Since I am in a wheelchair, that was something so wonderful and helpful to me. He also carried in my purchases and added a bag of potting soil and fertilizer. I have never transplanted any type of plant so he gave me careful instructions. . It was a wonderful experience at Moon Valley Nursery.

I selected Moon Valley Nursery when I decided I wanted to plant 4 large boxed trees to improve my landscaping. I was very happy that I was lucky enough to have Jake Montiel of Landscape Design help me select the perfect trees for my front and back yard. Jake was the perfect person to address all my needs and make sure I was completely satisfied with the trees he helped me select the perfect variety for my yard and the climate. I showed him pictures of my property and he knew exactly the right variety of trees that are perfect for my yard. I couldn't be happier with how much the look of my house has improved. Everyone in the neighborhood comments on the improvement and total strangers stop to ask the types of trees I planted. The entire process was so comfortable working with Moon Valley Nursery from start to finish. Cruz Zavalea was the planting crew manager and he was terrific to work with. He went above all expectations and made sure the trees were perfectly planted in exactly the right orientation and location in the yard. I couldn't be more happy with his crew and these trees were large and no easy task to have planted. He made sure they were given the right amount of Super Charged Moon Juice and Moon Dust fertilizer. The Crane Supervisor Travis Garza came out to make sure that he supervised the operation of the crane and the lifting of the trees into place. These trees were from 48" boxes to 36" boxes. Yes a big job. My wife ultimately was thrilled with the trees especially the triple truck birch tree outside our kitchen window that reminded her of when she was a little girl growing up in Minnesota and visiting her grandmother who had a lot of birch trees. I have 2 big Labradors and a Beagle and the really love laying in the shade of the trees. I've notice a lot of birds have returened to the yard and I love the birds singing and the rustling of the leave in a gentle breeze. And all along the way every one was so nice to deal with and Daniel Patzlaff the Quality Assurance Manager always followed up with everything to make sure we I knew when everything was coordinated and I was satisfied with everything. They were really wonderful about negotiating a great price and I took advantage of the 12 month no finance charge. I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery and I will be purchasing much more from them in the spring.

We bought several trees from Moon Nurseries and then discovered some significant, unforeseeable challenges with our planter.

Nick, one of the managers at Moon, was absolutely fantastic. It took several trips to get everything squared away but Nick was responsive and attentive throughout the process, following and following through on everything, the entire way until we were "fixed and planted."

Nick was friendly, patient, courteous and diligent. He really took a lot of the frustration and stress from the situation off our shoulders.

I wish I had taken down all the crew members' name, as they were all truly awesome, but Mike who led the crew who were able to finally plant the trees, and Paolo, the crew's driver, were top notch.

I'm really impressed, and grateful, with the overall level of service and the results.

Mackenzie and Sharon are the greatest! And you can find the most beautiful California oaks here, (the greatest arborists), and butterfly bush And bee friendly plants like English lavender. There is no more knowledgeable group in Southern California for your landscaping plants and trees, then Moon Nursery.

Today was my first visit to Moon Valley Nursery. I wanted to buy a jasmine plant for a long time, but I wasn't sure if I would get it around here. I called them first before going to make sure they had it. Jake picked up the call, and he was super helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I reached there. The nursery is very well kept with healthy plants and trees—such a vast selection. I spent close to an hour looking around, and I got what I was looking for: a very healthy jasmine plant that is fully grown and has a few white flowers too. Jake was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions. I learned a few things about plant growth and gardening. I would definitely be going back there for maybe a lemon tree next time!!
