I never thought I would need restoration services so suddenly, but when an issue came up at my home, I was relieved to find SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea. From day one, Kevin Gómez, the project manager, and Richard Prado were on top of everything. They took the time to clearly explain each step, always with patience, and made sure I understood what was being done and why.

What impressed me the most was that they not only worked quickly to get the problem resolved, but they also paid close attention to every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked. Kevin and Richard were always accessible, professional, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right.

Thanks to Kevin, Richard, and the entire SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea team, the whole process was much smoother than I expected. My home is now back in perfect condition, and I’m truly grateful. I would 100% recommend them, not only for the quality of their work but also for the peace of mind they provide during stressful times.

I was recommended by my insurance to contact Servpro of Irvine. Within the same day of contacting them Krishna and Vance arrived to assess my water damage. In no less than an hour they were able to find the leak which had affected more of my bathroom than I thought. Later that day I received an estimate of the overall work and they even communicated with my insurance adjuster, making it less stressful on me. After the work was completed I was surprised they saved my countertop which we had just replaced recently. Overall great experience with the field and office staff!

2 week project of redoing the flooring while a leak was being fixed, took 15 weeks. It was not only estimated incorrectly, but they made me pay the difference after an agreed upon contract. Then when completed, the quality was so poor and done with such bad workmanship, that I had to fire them after paying 75% of the contract and rehire a contractor to demolish their work and start over. Learning that harsh lesson, I asked them to back off on working on the first floor damages and walk away. Kayla is absolutely clueless and quite a newbie in this field. Krishna tried to make up for her inadequacies but the damage was already too steep to come back from. This was a nightmare of a project. Never again.

We had a roof leak and after finally convincing the landlord to use SERVPRO and not a drywall company, they came through and did a great job. They spent the day taking out the drywall and the two guys they sent were super polite - this information is from my wife who can be tough! They follow up with calls, work with insurance and work with us. Really happy

Do not trust this company. Luis Espinoza will lie straight to your face. My wife and I made the mistake of trusting them because they were a referral from Crawford Contractor's Connection through our AAA Service. We hired them to install our quartz counter tops. After many weeks of shopping around we found Genuine Quartz in Pomona (deals in Quartz only) and met with Giovanna Estrada who helped us pick out the perfect material for our kitchen. We gave Luis her contact info along with the name and specific code of the material we picked. Luis even took pictures of the samples and Giovanna's business card with his phone. I also emailed all this info to him with a picture of the slab we took when we were at the warehouse. He told us his company would contact Giovanna and make the arrangements to get the material. The day of installation came and the crew arrived about four hours later than scheduled. I was frustrated and wasn't paying close enough attention but when my wife arrived home from work, she knew it was the wrong material immediately. By that time the crew was almost done with the installation. When I called Giovanna at Genuine Quartz to see if somehow they picked up the incorrect material she informed me that neither Luis nor anyone at Restotech had ever made any contact with her or her company whatsoever. When I confronted Luis with this info he admitted that he just bought a "look alike" material from some distributor in Anaheim based on the photo of the slab I sent. Since it was already installed he told me that taking it back out and getting us what we asked for was not an option. I don't want to hire an attorney or start arbitration so now we are stuck with a substandard counter top that we didn't pick. We are very disappointed with this company and will never use them again.

DKI staff are professional on time , good attitude , clean and tidy , respectful , helpful and does a great job ! We had to have all of our floors replaced due to water damage. Andy and his crew came in and did the work with efficiency and care. They always answered my many questions and took care of all of the paperwork with the insurance company. You will be in good hands with this company as they were all terrific.

*UPDATE* I just want to respond to the BS reply from the owner. They are taking zero responsibility online for overcharging and price gouging my family, but I am here to state that their response is a blatant lie. Looking forward to seeing you in court.

This place came to restore damage done on our property and scammed us out of $1800 in unnecessary testing. They had no explanation, forced us to pay (even though it was clear we didn’t need the testing and this group is just a bunch of unintelligent project managers who don’t care). We are now taking them to small claims court. Work with them at your own risk.

Dissatisfies is an understatement. If there was a negative score, you definitely receive that. We’ve got nothing but lots of smoking mirrors and unkept promises. Quick to get the contract sign and get the deposit and disappeared. It’s been over two weeks since Miles has done anything other than having two employees with inferior equipment, make a mediocre attempt at repairing five condos that had 4 feet of water inside. Save your money and look elsewhere for a company with integrity. Wonder how many people along the Gulf Coast Steinhatchee Cedar Key have gotten taken advantage of.

DKI did a beautiful job, our project manager is Luis and he did an amazing job all around but I would like to stand my review to reach those families who have children with special needs. I have a 12-year-old severely autistic son, and those families who can relate know that not only is it difficult to find a company understand our need to but to help. not only did they understand they adjusted their work schedules. There are loud sounds different machine make. And some My son was able to tolerate some he could not. I understand that contractors are on a very strict schedule, so I was blown away at there willingness to adjust and accommodate so that sounds would not increase my sons sensitivity and his ability to except a situation. They would go above and beyond because of his allergies and his asthma. Luis did not make me feel like I was trying to make his life difficult or his work or his job difficult but in fact, he made me feel relieved and stress-free every step of the way. And that’s very difficult with a child that can melt down and not be able to calm him himself. so more than post a review I’d like to thank them for doing a amazing job and taking myself and my children in consideration, and making this a positive experience thanks

I highly recommend DKI with any repair you might need. We had water damage in the kitchen that went into the dining room and the family room. They worked with us on every detail with the project. If something didn’t fit they did their utmost to solve the problem. DKI also has a show room with everything you need for your project . Our Project Manager (Luis) was always on time, helpful, and returned our calls in a timely fashion. He was always there when needed and worked very hard for us. In all DKI did a excellent job and completed the job in the time they said it would be done.
