SPARKLING CARPET SOLUTIONS worked effectively. They arrived as expected as guaranteed, and cleaned our grimy covers productively, cautiously and in particular, the rug presently looks practically like new - no stains abandoned! They utilized in any event two unique machines to take care of business, and we are exceptionally cheerful. Estimating was by and large as they said also. $199.00 for the thre BRs, lobby and flight of stairs we needed to clean. Great job, and I heartily recommend these guys. I never knew of them before google, but will definitely call them again when the time comes.

Omg words can’t describe the peace of mind I received when William and Jose came in to provide service to my dryer duct cleaning request. They were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They knocked it out quickly walked me through the process and answered all my questions. They even quoted me for a future service I plan on doing in the next week or two. I highly recommend this company and working with both of them. I definitely recommend Coit as they go above and beyond the call of duty to maintain and protect your home.

The service man was very nice and professional. Arrived on time . I wish I knew ahead of time that the stains on my couch will not come off . I think if we did a stain treatment prior to steaming it would have come off. Overall couch is clean and smells great.

I've had COIT come out on several occasions to do the same tile cleaning for roughly around $350-$400 over the last 10 years. During a recent visit from two technicians who gave me a quote of $1100 for cleaning tile in an area of less than 400 sq ft. When we stated that we were shocked about the price and showed all of our previous COIT receipts one being from a year prior, they then brought the quote down to $799. Which I could see an increase of maybe 10-20%, however 100 % was a joke. The techs responded that the floor would be hard to clean, as if they had never cleaned tile floors before, trying to convince us that the cost was reasonable. Very turned off by these techs, seemed to not want to do the job, and unfortunately COIT has lost a customer that had been going to them for over 10 years. I was able to call another reputable floor cleaning company and the quote came in similar to what I have previously paid. Sorry COIT, don't try to nickle and dime your customers. Or get better techs that can better represent your company.

Heston was professional, knowledgeable and nice. He cleaned our boat carpeting and was familiar with the drill at the Marina and how to get the job done. We had to take our boat to the haul out so he could hook up the van and let my husband know that we would need A LOT of quarters to keep the water flowing. Carpet looks great.

My Cleaning guy, (forgot his name) was great. Professional, deep knowledge of industry and pain points. He did a good job cleaning. My slight disappointment is with the power of the machine itself. While I understand that not all stains can be removed but perhaps COiT need to focus on product improvement. Building a more powerful machine and can do a better job at removing more stains. More automation and less manual process will save time for their agents and reduce repetitive work.

Very professional job. Very nice person. He cleaned the tile and grout and floors in 3 bathrooms. I was disappointed that you don’t clean shower doors.
