As always, Coit did a fine job. We knew going in that there were a few spots that might not completely disappear, but you made a good try and they are almost unnoticeable now.

The technicians were just terrific. Good attention to detail, great communication, and very professional. We would love to have them out again.

Technician called before arriving and said he could come earlier than scheduled if I preferred, which I did, and he showed up promptly. He looked at the location and size of my three rugs, asked a few specific cleaning detail questions, gave me the price and then told me the order in which he would remove them. He efficiently rolled each of them up moving whatever furniture was necessary to clear access. He also rolled up my pads which can not be cleaned and he carried them outside to be discarded. He loaded my rugs, returned the furniture into position and then gave me my invoice with a scheduled delivery date for return that accommodated my schedule. He was so polite and so generous to remove the pads for me. I used Coit last year for cleaning and was very happy with the service and results. I have expensive wool rugs 8x11, 9x13 and a 4x9 hall runner. I also have 2 large dogs. Regular cleaning makes them last longer.

Their work was incredibly expensive / I had them come in and clean then seal my tile floors. He LITERALLY left dirty footprint marks SEALED into my ivory tile floors in an area I won’t be able to hide it
They sent their F team to a 3 million dollar home. Do not trust them.

My carpet clean experience was magnificent. The tech was very thorough and I’d gladly use Coit again…in fact I’ll be sending them to my mothers house to clean her carpet as well

Eric and Jacob were very curteous and did an excellent job. They tried hard and did their best to remove or at least fade the bad stains.

The method of cleaning was ok, but, the unprofessional way in which the workers left the carpet was very unprofessional . They tracked in lots of grass on my recently vacuumed carpet and placed furniture on top of it. One panel was left dangling.
Nothing like my experience with the old Coit.

Coit technician did outstanding job cleaning my six dining room chairs. The chairs look as good as new.

I have used Coit services to clean my area rugs for years and they always do a great job. Their workers are personable and respectful of your property.

We had mold remediation done and getting things back together we had COIT clean a couch and our mattress.

They let us know what they were going to do and they did a thorough job and we would use them again. J

The gentleman/service provider was quick, efficient, polite and very clean, neat and tidy in appearance. He gave me an estimate and I made an appt. He explained how I should put up knick snacks and certain pieces of furniture they will not move but do go under them as best as they can. And he explained clearly what they will do and how some stains in grout will not come out. Very happy with the straight forwardness and honesty .

We had a great experience with Coit and their technician, Heston Hughes. He did such a great job cleaning and sealing our tile floors and grout that they look new! He was so pleasant and informative. You can tell he cares about his job and making the customer happy! We won’t hesitate to recommend Coit and Heston to others.

I had the pleasure of working with Enrique and Stephanie. Stephanie coordinated the project and Enrique came out to clean our sofas in the office. He showed up on time, explained the process and discussed billing process as well. He was very professional and polite. The sofas turned out great! Will definitely use them again!

I just had two wool area rugs cleaned by Tony. I cannot believe waht an amazing job he did. I had thought there was no hope in salvaging these rugs with the stains from my multiple pets. But Tony worked so hard and got the rugs back to near new condition. I will absolutely be contacting COIT and specifically Tony in the future!

Excellent service. Came on time the first time then backed up their 100% satisfaction guarantee and came back a second time due to persistent smell on our sofa. Smell finally gone and grime cleaned. Would have liked them to clean the floor as they left, had to mop the floor and stairs on each visit.

The guy who came was rude. When he said two rooms (a small bedroom and a master bedroom) would be close to $400, I joked that that’s a lot for an hours work! He said I don’t have to use service. He later told me that it would take about an hour!

I’m still waiting for the breakdown estimate. Only got receipt.

I was not impressed with the online reservation I booked a car floor mat cleaning and a couch cleaning. I put 2x3 size for 5 area rugs as that was the only close option offered online. There was no car service listed but if four does not clean cars then that should be stated online. The court rep who came told my husband he does not clean cars and honestly it was a quick and easy job and coin should not be turning down money. Geez.
So that was quite crappy.
