Jacob's crew installed a new furnace, A/C unit and condenser. The installers were on time. They clearly communicated what they would be doing and the progress they were making. They got the job done in one day as promised. Jacob and team are great to work with. I highly recommend Performance Based Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Jacob had to make three trips to our place because of weather (roof unit). Once he got to the unit it took him no time to figure the problem and fix us up. Great service and good explanation of the problem should it recur. Thanks again Jacob.

Juan & his crew arrived well with-in the time block. They had a new employee with them and were training him while installing my unit. It was informative to listen to them as they were installing & training. Their work was highly professional, clean & efficient. I expected the install to take about 1/2 a day, but Juan & his crew were done within 3 hours. He said... "if they weren't training, it would've been quicker".
I was greatly satisfied with the Install, and once I began using my Mini-Split unit, the house was soon at a comfortable temperature.
I would definitely recommend Performance Based Heating & Air to anyone looking for A/C or Heat issues. I am extremely happy to have chosen them for my A/C needs.-Mike D.
