Reviews of local pros in Jamul, California

I have used this carpet cleaning service in Jamul several times and I am always extremely happy with the results. Elias is honest, reliable, and always delivers beautiful work—my carpets stay fresh and clean much longer than with any other service I’ve tried before. If you want quality carpet cleaning at a fair price, I highly recommend giving them a call. My daughter has asthma, and Elias uses a special cleaning treatment that really helps; she hasn’t had any issues since we moved into our new home. We just had him clean our stairs, hallway, and her room after moving some furniture, and he was able to come out the very next day after I called. The service is always excellent. I will definitely use them again!

The pricing for carpet cleaning was very fair and they replied to my questions right away. We were in a hurry to get our rental in Jamul cleaned before moving out, and they managed to fit us into their schedule quickly. Brady went the extra mile to help us, even though we were out of state during the cleaning. He sent us clear photos of the carpets after the service and explained how some of the issues were due to poor carpet installation, not our use. This really helped us with our rental move-out. If we were still living in Jamul, we would definitely use their carpet cleaning services again!

Jalen was a fantastic representative—very informative and really knows a lot about carpet cleaning and related services. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. This was the first time Ruben cleaned our carpets, and he did an excellent job, especially on some really tough stains and high-traffic areas. Both Jalen and Ruben gave a great impression of the company and showed that you hire skilled and friendly professionals. I always trust your team to take care of my carpets and my home. You’re my go-to carpet cleaning company!

I didn’t take before and after photos since I was busy working, but I have to say, the carpet cleaning was fantastic! Ruben did an amazing job removing all the stains from my daughter’s carpet and made our area rug look brand new. I didn’t have an appointment when I called, but since Ruben was already nearby, he came out right away. He was professional, fast, and the price was very reasonable. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended for anyone needing great carpet cleaning!

i had my carpets and air ducts cleaned at my house in jamul. elias and jalen did an excellent job on both. elias had come out earlier to give me a free estimate for the air ducts, and he was super friendly and explained everything in a way i could understand. i give mark & sons carpet cleaners five stars. the team was very professional, and the whole process went smoothly. the supervisor kept me updated on when they would arrive, and made sure both my carpets and air ducts were finished the same day, just like they promised. i really liked how determined elias and jalen were to make sure everything was done right and my carpets looked so much better after they finished. the cleaning was effective, the prices were fair, and everyone was pleasant and helpful. i really felt like they cared about doing a good job and making sure i was happy as a customer. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning in jamul.

Jalen and Brady did a fantastic job cleaning our two sofas, three wall-to-wall carpets, and one area rug. They showed up right on time, acted very professionally, and really took care to make sure everything was spotless. Our sofas were looking pretty dirty before, but now they look fresh and clean again! The carpets and rug look so much better too. I also appreciate how patient the office was while helping me schedule the cleaning. I’ll definitely be using this carpet cleaning service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet and upholstery cleaning for their home or office.

The technician from Mr Chimney Cleaning was very professional and even called to see if they could arrive early for the appointment, which I appreciated. Leonard did an inspection from the ground level for the cap replacement and waterproofing I needed, and shared helpful suggestions for other options, promising to include those in the estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great advice. I'm looking forward to getting the estimate with the different options and prices.

Mr Chimney Cleaning provided an excellent deal for my chimney cleaning and repair, along with squirrel removal and roof replacement. Unlike other businesses that can be untrustworthy, they were straightforward and fair. The technicians who arrived were fantastic and did a wonderful job. I’ve already shared my positive experience with family, friends, and neighbors!

Marvin, Roger, and Derek from Mr Chimney Cleaning are truly exceptional. They are knowledgeable about their craft and offer fair pricing. They reconstructed my chimney and set up my new stove, after I had the platform tiled. They managed to fit me into their schedule efficiently and completed the work swiftly, without compromising on quality. A chimney and wood-burning stove may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely worth the investment during the winter months. Plus, with their expert work, I can now rest easy knowing that my home is safe from potential chimney-related incidents. They also offer annual chimney sweeping services, which is a great bonus. These guys are the go-to pros in Jamul for chimney-related services.

Today I had my chimney cleaned and inspected at my house in Jamul. Marvin was very professional, respectful, and knew a lot about chimneys. He explained everything in simple words that made it easy for me to understand what needed to be done. My chimney needs some extra work, and I really trust this company to handle it. I would be more than happy to have them come back for more service. They were fantastic in every way!

I recently had my chimney rebuilt and wanted to get a new chimney cap. The roofing contractor suggested Mr Chimney Cleaning. Ernest came out within a couple of days to give me a quote and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff about chimneys. They already had the chimney cap I needed, so just a few days later, Ernest returned and installed it for me. I highly recommend their chimney sweep services.

The chimney sweep service was fantastic! We moved into a new home in Jamul with a fireplace that needed a good cleaning before we could use it. They were able to schedule us for a visit the same week. Nolan, our technician, took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions about the chimney and fireplace. When it was time to pay, we both forgot about my coupon, but within minutes of leaving, Nolan called back to make sure I got the discount. We’ll definitely rely on them for any future chimney or fireplace needs!

I would definitely recommend this chimney sweep service. We had a larger company come out to clean our chimney in Jamul, and they told us we needed to replace our fireplace insert and get an expensive chemical cleaning of our chimney flue. Wanting to be sure, we asked for a second opinion and had Derek from this chimney sweep company do a full inspection of all the areas that were supposedly a problem. After Derek checked everything, we found out that none of the costly repairs or upgrades were actually needed. It was a relief to see there are honest chimney sweep businesses out there who care more about helping customers than just making money on unnecessary work. If another company tells you that you need big repairs, I suggest getting a second opinion from this team before making any decisions.

I had my chimney cleaned and inspected in Jamul and couldn’t be more satisfied. The attention to detail was excellent, and Roger was very professional throughout the whole process. My fireplace and chimney look and work great now. I highly recommend them if you need any chimney sweep services.

i had some issues with my fireplace brick lining and needed the chimney pipes cleaned. i reached out to Mr Chimney Cleaning, sent a few pictures, and Roger figured out the problem just by looking at them. he really knows a lot about chimneys and fireplaces. we set up a time, and he let me know when he was on his way and showed up right on time. very professional—he brought good equipment, used drop-cloths, and made sure my home stayed clean. he worked for about an hour, cleaning and fixing everything. the price was very reasonable. overall, it was a great experience and i would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing chimney sweep services.

Roger and Derek did an excellent job inspecting and sweeping our gas fireplace. They were both professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this chimney sweep service for anyone needing fireplace cleaning or maintenance.

I hired Mr Chimney Cleaning for my chimney sweep last month, and I was thrilled with their service. I had previously used them years ago when they first started, and they were fantastic then too. Since then, they have significantly expanded, and their technology is impressive. They provided me with many photos showing why my chimney needed attention, and they gave me a fair quote for the work needed. Although some neighbors suggested I go with a cheaper option, I decided to stick with Mr Chimney Cleaning after seeing all the positive reviews. You really do get what you pay for, and they delivered exceptional service. The team was professional and experienced, and they left my home spotless after the job. I feel great knowing my chimney was taken care of properly. Plus, they even surprised me with a holiday gift card! It's such a nice touch. I highly recommend Mr Chimney Cleaning; don't waste your time with anyone else!

outstanding service! i had an old wood stove stuck in my fireplace that wasn't safe to use. they took it out, cleaned everything up, and put in a new chimney liner. now i can enjoy cozy fires in my fireplace without worrying. really happy with how everything turned out and looking forward to many safe fires ahead.

Derek replied right away, and he and his crew arrived exactly on time. They did a fantastic job sweeping our chimney, making sure to explain each step of the cleaning process. The team was very professional and friendly. I’ll definitely have them come back each year to keep our fireplace in great shape.

I chose Mr Chimney Cleaning because of their great reviews, and now I see why Ernest always gets such good feedback. Quick to respond to my call, showed up right on time, and even sent a polite text when he was on the way. Ernest is very honest, really knows all about chimneys, and clearly loves his work, always putting service and honesty first. He fixed our chimney leak and didn’t even ask for payment, while another company wanted to charge just to come and look. He could have cleaned several flues that didn’t need it, but instead took the time to explain when and why cleaning is necessary. I will definitely use the service again and recommend to friends and family. You can trust him for your chimney needs—you won’t be disappointed.
