The technician from Mr Chimney Cleaning was very professional and even called to see if they could arrive early for the appointment, which I appreciated. Leonard did an inspection from the ground level for the cap replacement and waterproofing I needed, and shared helpful suggestions for other options, promising to include those in the estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great advice. I'm looking forward to getting the estimate with the different options and prices.

Mr Chimney Cleaning provided an excellent deal for my chimney cleaning and repair, along with squirrel removal and roof replacement. Unlike other businesses that can be untrustworthy, they were straightforward and fair. The technicians who arrived were fantastic and did a wonderful job. They managed to fit me into their schedule efficiently and completed the work swiftly, without compromising on quality. A chimney and wood-burning stove may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely worth the investment during the winter months.
