Safety is really important to our family, so I was grateful for Raymond’s quick and honest assessment of our chimney. He pointed out some issues that needed attention and explained how using our fireplace as it was could have been dangerous for our home. Raymond showed us clear pictures of the chimney damage, which helped us understand what repairs were needed to prevent any further problems. He also removed several old bird nests from the flue and installed a sturdy, professional chimney cap to keep out animals and debris. The service was excellent—definitely worth having a professional chimney sweep handle the job.

Elias was absolutely fantastic. He didn’t just explain the issues with my chimney and fireplace—he actually showed me what was going on, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very fair, and he was extremely friendly. Elias worked quickly, kept everything clean, and was very efficient. i highly recommend mr chimney cleaning. i needed my glass enclosed fireplace cleaned and serviced in my condo, and from the first phone call, raymond was very responsive and knew a lot about chimneys and fireplaces. scheduling the appointment was easy and fit right into my busy week. two technicians showed up right on time and got to work. they did a fantastic job, and my fireplace looked like new when they finished. communication was clear throughout, and the price was fair. the whole process was smooth and stress-free. i will definitely call them again for future chimney sweep services.
