Oh my goodness!,if I had 10 stars!,it sure would be!,my house was given a face lift!,I said my house because not only did Eric make my roof look brand new but he washed down my dirty house.

This is a sincere recommendation for Eric and his crews at Radical Pressure Washing. We have lived in the same house in Toluca Lake for 50 years. We have had the same homeowner's insurance for more than 30 years. Without any prior warning, our insurance company warned us that if our tile roofs were not pressure washed and cleaned, the company would not renew. We had used Eric Radtke in the past for window cleaning work. We were pleased to find that he also did roof cleaning. He totally understood the issues being raised by the insurance company, and he moved quickly to resolve the issues. Eric and his crew, headed by Chris and Manny, moved quickly to chemically clean and pressure wash our roof, and he even took before and after photos to satisfy the insurance company. Additionally, Eric and crew installed rain gutter protectors on all of our gutters, and even cleaned up our windows. They cleaned up all of the debris that came off the roof. Eric, Manny, Chris and helpers did an EXCELLENT job and saved our insurance from being cancelled. They did the work quickly and at a fair price. Highly professional! I rate Eric and Crew five stars out of five.

You can see from the before and after photos, there was some serious cleaning to be had only roof. Eric was great about keeping in constant communication all through the process. No surprises. Crew showed up when expected, worked very diligently in the hot sun and got the job done well!

We used Radical Pressure Washing to clean up entire house and patio, concrete, etc in preparation for a graduation party! Eric immediately was responsive in giving me an estimate and explaining about his company. I like the fact that they are veteran owned and decided to go with them. He is very friendly and open to areas of concern that need attention. When completed, our house looked amazing and areas of concrete that were very dirty looked great. Radical pressure washing was a professional in all areas we were looking for. I would recommend giving them a look when hiring for your next job with this type of need!

I had Radical Pressure Washing power wash my backyard patio, as well as backyard furniture to prepare it for use for the summer. Eric, the owner was very responsive and courteous as he answered all my questions and was such a professional throughout.

Our backyard furniture needed lots of cleaning to get the layer of dust and grime off, and as you can see in the photos, he was able to clean the white seat cushions well. In addition, the brick patio that he cleaned had a beautiful shine afterwards. He did such excellent work that I'm really looking forward to enjoying our backyard as warmer weather approaches and highly recommend him.

We had Eric out today to pressure wash our back patio and furniture. He did such an amazing job; he even did the back of the house and the back windows! We are looking forward to spending time on our clean patio. Eric was prompt, easy to work with and is a great guy. I’m very impressed with this company for what they did to my Spanish tile roof which was full of algae, moss and dirt accumulated over the years that my insurance finally got on my case and refused to renew my policy if I didn’t do something about it. Sure enough, just one phone call, Eric took care of it -he even gave a senior discount which I thought was a very nice gesture. Radical pressure washing offered a raffle that I won during the city parade for a free house wash! Eric the owner of the company personally came out to do the wash, introduce himself and talk to me about his business. He did a great job on our house wash and even helped flush out my dirty A/C that has never been washed. Definitely recommend using this company and I will be scheduling again for window services!! Eric and his team did a good job on our intall of Govee lights. We did a holiday outlet as well so his technician came and installed one for us before they did the lights. They are very professional and answered any questions/concerns we had.

I had a terrific experience with Radical Pressure Washing yesterday. My standing seam roof and windows, which were covered in soot and post-construction dust, look amazing now. Victor, the technician, was very friendly, meticulous, and careful with the ladder placement to ensure the gutters were not damaged. Eric in the office was prompt in his responses, making the process smooth and efficient. The pricing was reasonable as well. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely call on them again

Eric & Chris were great to work with and were able to get me scheduled quickly. They power washed the perimeter walls of our yard as well as the solar panels on the roof. Wish I had done this years ago!
