Company went above and beyond, great service for a great price. I just didn’t like the algae on the roof and they removed it and made it look new. They even did a soft wash of the house and windows. We both are veterans so easy choice.

I was in search of high quality roof cleaning because our home owner’s insurance was requiring that we got our roof cleaned in order to renew our policy. Eric immediately reached out and started a quote for us. I called him and he was so kind and knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. He was able to got us in his schedule very quickly, which was a relief. He and one other team member came and did such an excellent job! The pictures speak for themselves. I am truly blown away. This company does just more than pressure washing. They told me they do yard cleanup “weeds in the backyard” so I hired them. They came out next day and the work was amazing!! Will used them for other jobs in the future. Just look at the pictures!!

I contacted Eric to have my tile roof cleaned because of insurance issues. I found his company online and he contacted me instantly to explain what his company does and provided the quote. His price is very fair and he even offered senior discount. This is a good surprise. He scheduled quickly. Although he couldn’t get it done the first time because of HOA’s rule about work on holiday day, he reschedule quickly. To my further surprise, the result is outstanding. Very clean for the roof, windows, walls and yard floors. Also Eric sent photos to show before and after work quickly. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Eric. I am proud of myself to find him. I will definitely consider Eric for future cleaning work again. Thank you Eric!

Eric’s team, especially his electrician Leo and one of the crew, Abel, are amazing. Leo got our holiday plug installed efficiently, well, and in a discrete location on our house. Abel got our GoVee perimeter light installation started on day 1, with Eric and co knocking it out on day 2. We like how they tucked / secured the power supply box discretely and safely up under the roof overhang. Looks and works amazingly; we’d also say the price is commensurate with the job and quality. Overall great experience.

Radical Pressure Washing is great. They installed our Govee lights and their electrical installed an extra outlet on the outside of our garage. The crew was professional and very polite. They also cleaned our solar panels. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs.

Cleaned out the rain gutter. The gutter was very filthy and full of leaves. After they cleaned the gutter, water flowed out quite easily.
