Did a good job, but a little over priced for fixing my A/C blower motor. That's why I gave a four star's

Trusted company! We had no heat and were leaving on a cruise and they came in and quickly got things working for us.

Best hvac company in town! They do great work at reasonable prices.

Our AC went out in the morning and we called Jack's right away - they got David onsite within a few hours! David clearly explained what went wrong (and why!). He gave us options for how to fix it and got us setup on a maintenance plan that will help us keep our system on track going forward. We love that Jack's usually has parts in stock and got us up and running same-day!

Our home AC went out over the summer. Called many places; this was one of the few that was able to respond and make it out on a weekend. Was helped by a technician named Shawn. Very professional and helpful. Quickly identified the problem and took time to walk me through my options. Never felt like I was being 'overselled' and he answered all my questions. I wish all companies did business like this. I will definitely choose this company again.

Don't rely on this Jack's Refigeration to keep their commitments. If you set an appointment with Jack's Refigeration , they will reschedule the time the day before. But then Jack's Refigeration will "fall behind" the day of the postponed appointment, only call you AFTER the secretary assures they would have arrived, and try to push you out by a full week instead of the next business day (or anything in between) because apparently only YOU should suffer for their poor scheduling - no one else.

We had to have our entire ducting replaced through the crawl space and when other companies would not return our calls or give us an estimate, Jack's Refrigeration did not hesitate. We had an inspection by Eric and a timely estimate. The crew was on time and always on schedule. We are very pleased with the communication through the entire process and are grateful they did a professional job. It's hard to find companies with integrity and Jack's Refrigeration is a company with true integrity and a job well done.

David was prompt and professional. He came out and quickly addressed the problem with our AC units and repaired them in a timely manner. We appreciate his hard work especially in this Valley heat! Would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer for many years. Always happy with the professional service I receive.

Robert was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and took videos showing the condition of our AC unit before and after. He explained the programs and other products offered. We will definitely request him whenever we need something done.

A couple of weeks ago, my clients had Jack's Refrigeration out to repair their air conditioning. Andrew was the service representative and he was absolutely amazing!! He was very detailed, let me know all the steps, great with the dogs outside who were pestering through the process (LOL) but mostly, he was efficient, thorough, let my clients know all steps, and resolved the issues. I highly recommend Jack's Refrigeration going forward!!

Had my A/C unit serviced today. Andrew was my technician. He was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. So glad to be a platinum member with Jack's Refrigeration and making the switch from Monarch.

We used Jack’s today for an AC service. Robert was our technician. Very professional and helpful. He even gave a courtesy call when he was about 10 mins out to let us know when he would be here. Explained everything well that he planned to do. I would use this company again!

My family is very happy with our HVAC replacement. The owner, manager and employees are all very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual! I was referred by my neighbor and I'm so glad that I chose to do business with this company. The process was explained in detail, they assisted with financing, arrived on time on installation days and were very respectful of my home. I have continued to do business with them for my maintenance and again the service is superb. Thank you Jack's Refrigeration for keeping our home comfy! 🏡 😊

When my elderly mother's a/c went out in July we were very glad to have had a service agreement in place with Jack's! I called their after hours number at about 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening, and by 10:00 pm the new parts were installed and the a/c was blowing cold air again. Whew! Because of the service agreement, we paid only for the necessary parts and a modest service fee, so *very* affordable. Also, the service tech (Christopher) thoroughly and patiently answered our questions, described our options, and then executed our decision straight away. Thank you, Chris! Very happy to be doing business with Jack's!

I called Jack’s for a quote to see if someone could come take a look at my AC that was not working properly. They immediately gave me a quote and sent someone out. The quote was very reasonable. I got a text message with my technician’s eta. David showed up to my house right on time when the text said he would. He was very friendly and professional. He was honest too! He said my vents were just very dirty. He serviced my AC, checked my thermostat inside my house and immediately my AC started working properly. My house cooled down immediately! I highly recommend this company! David was awesome!

Jack's Refrigeration is a great company to hire. I had them replace my late 90's HVAC system in my house with a new system. The quality of work they performed was excellent. David Barnes did a great job communicating and setting up my request. Everyone on their staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional.
