Andrew and Porter were great representatives of your company. They were detailed in their inspection and cleaned and fixed the unit. I’ve been happy with Jack’s for several years after I discovered the company. Also, Andrew was fun to listen to as he patiently explained in detail his insights into doing a thorough job! I’ll be renewing in year 2024!

I have used Jack’s for several services over the past couple of years. These guys are always on time, on top of their communication, honest, professional and quick. My a/c went out on Sunday night at 7pm, by 3 pm Monday it was completely fixed. They have a 24 hr emergency service line, when I called 7 am Monday morning they had already received my message from the night before and had me on the schedule. Every time they’ve come I’ve been home alone, and nobody has ever made me feel uncomfortable. Every tech they’ve had out here has been reliable and professional. These guys really are the best!!!!

My experience with Jack’s was top notch! From the initial call in to make an appointment with Vincent in the office, to David our repair man was fast courteous and thorough. David did a great job explaining what needed to be done and serviced and was able to take care of everything the same day! I recommend them 100%. 😊

Called Monday and tech was here Tuesday. Diagnosed issue as bad installation by company that installed this new unit. Previous company did not install new flare fitting and it leaked the R32.

While the price to repair was eye watering, they did correctly diagnose the issue. The price to repair far beyond what I could afford.
