The technicians are excellent, repaired high end older refrigerators & stove, plus showed up this weekend during the heat wave to fix my A/C. I highly recommend them.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. COMPLETE CROOK HAS NO IDEA WHAT HES DOING. PAID $2000 TO FIX OUR COOLER AND IT STOPPED WORKING AGAIN UNDER HIS WARRANTY TIME AND HE REFUSES TO COME BACK OUT. TAKING HIM TO COURT NOW AFTER THIS. WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN HIS REVIEWS BEFORE WE HIRED HIM. REGARDING YOUR RESPONSE YOU ARE ALSO A LIER NOW. YOUR FEEDBACK DOESNT LIE ABOUT WHAT TYPE OF PERSON YOU ARE. WHICH I HAVE IN TEXT YOU REFUSE TO HONOR YOUR WARRANTY. PARTS ARE STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. IT IS UNDER THE WARRANTY TIME TABLE. They are amazing. They got parts that couldn’t be found previously. I have a very old classic O’keefe & Merritt stove. The repair man was amazing and fixed my oven, my broiler, and the springs for the oven door. I highly recommend magic touch.
