    Horrible experience... rude customer service. Switched plans to accommodate an early appointment scheduled early on a Saturday and they didn't show up. Called the emergency number and the individual who answered said he was "too busy with another client." Service got back to me and said "well, I didn't confirm an appointment." If the company can't follow through with a scheduled appointment and don't have the courtesy or professionalism to at least contact in advance to say there's been a conflict, how can anyone rely on them to do a proper job?
