I’m Nate is reliable, honest, punctual and an all around nice guy.
He did such a nice job on my windows & power washing my patio cover, that I asked him to do my Christmas lights.

Extremely professional technicians - GREAT JOB!

We just moved in to our new house and we were disappointed to discover that there was a very strong dog urine smell coming from the carpets in our office. We knew that the owner had cleaned the carpets prior to our move-in so the fact that you could still smell dog urine was very upsetting. I must have called at least 10 different companies all saying the same thing - ""that there was nothing they could do to guarantee removal of the smell"" some would not even call me back with a quote! I called Pacific Carpet Cleaning based on their prior customer reviews and was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful customer service agent who sent someone out the very next day less than 24 hours after my call - to give me a quote. The technicians, ADRIAN & TONY and his team, showed up the next day, ON TIME, WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE and took the time to talk me through what they were going to do and educate me on the process. Not only that but he offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! So far, my room smells amazing and the carpets look great! I am so pleased with Adrian.
