What can I say about this company.... first, I called Lupe in December as my current company was getting ready to move. We scheduled our first cleaning, but between the phone call and the date of our first service, my dad had a stroke, and I needed to cancel. She was so kind and understanding and had no problem what so ever canceling our initial service. After a few weeks, my dad is doing great, and I again called to have my house cleaned. She completely remembered me and had her girl out the following Monday (which is today). Jessica came out (on time) and got right to work. My house is so clean and smells great. Jessica was so kind and professional and thorough. Maybe even more thorough than my last company, which we've had for over 20 years. I will 100% be a forever customer. Thank you, Lupe and Jessica. we love your services!

Where do I start? This experience has been absolutely awful! I scheduled my cleaning a week ago after my initial cleaners cancelled on me. I expressed to Lupe that I have a party this weekend and need the cleaning before hand. The scheduler asked what day is best for me and I said Friday afternoon. After checking the schedule( which apparently doesn’t exist) they confirmed Friday between 12-1 start time. great. Thursday evening at 6 pm Lupe calls me to tell me they no longer have that slot open and the only time is between 7-8am to start. After some back and forth I rescheduled work appointments to accommodate the scheduling mishap on their end but expressing to Lupe for them to start at 8am(not 7). I get a text confirmation from Lupe that 8am is a go. Remember this is the night before. 701 am this morning my doorbell rings and the cleaners are ready to go. Lupe messed up scheduling then imposed their own time after we agreed on a rescheduled time in writing by text message. When I expressed my discontent, Lupe said let me check with scheduling I told them 8. Ma’am, you own and run this company. I don’t care if your scheduler messed up or you messed up. You don’t just force your availability on a Customer who is trying to accommodate your faulty work. Cleaners did well which is the only reason this didn’t get 1 star. Shame on Lupe. If you’re going to run a business, own your mistakes and do right by your clients. Don’t book this service unless you’re retired or unemployed since I’m stuck on their schedule (which is whenever they feel like coming). Oh and Lupe told me she would give me a discount for the inconvenience and that discount was $50 on a $600 cleaning 🤦🏽‍♂️ greed and bad business practices. Safe to say I won’t be using them ever again.

Very happy with our home cleaning. The team was great with communication for scheduling and during the cleaning, they want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied so they’ll take your feedback and clean to your standards. They are reasonably priced, I’d highly recommend Lupe’s! I’m going to be getting monthly cleanings with them.

I called Lupe for her cleaning services, and she was extremely friendly and professional. Walked me through the steps, costs, and what the deep cleaning would entail. On the day of the cleaning, Kalanie and Jessica arrived right on time and were great. They did a thorough job cleaning the entire home, and we were very happy with the services. Would recommend and get use Lupe's services again.

Elisa and Karla were fantastic! Did my first deep cleaning service and did not regret. Elisa was right on time, Karla arrived a little k late but she stayed longer to make up for it. Both gals are hard workers and highly recommend Lupe’s, especially these two ladies.

My garage was visited by a rodent or cat that left urine deposits which smelled terrible. I was in dire need of a cleaning service to disinfect the garage floor & get rid of the nasty odor. Also there was a lot of clutter on the floor that needed to be removed first in order to clean ASAP. I called several cleaning services who were either not available same day or refused the job. Finally, I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and Lupe responded & came to my rescue. She sent Lilia out same day who was on time, very pleasant, efficient and handled the job like a pro. She brought her own equipment and began work with little instruction from me. She organized the clutter situation and by the time she finished cleaning, the garage floor was very clean and the smell was gone. She worked very fast. The job was scheduled for 2 hrs, but there was some time remaining for the agreed upon price ahead of time. I asked her to come inside my home and clean a few cupboards until the 2 hrs I paid for were up, which she did without hesitation. I am more than satisfied with Lupe's Cleaning Service & the job Lilia did was above my expectations! Thank you Lupe & Lilia :-)

I have two children, one is a toddler and I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed with cleaning. My friend purchased a cleaning service for a deep clean and wow!!! My kitchen and bathrooms have never been this clean!

Hardworkers! We were happy with the deep-clean by Lupe's crew. They got a lot done in the 3 hours they were here.

Elisa and Miriam were the best. We were trying to get my brother‘s home ready because he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had to come home. His home was a wreck and these two came in and cleaned like crazy. They were precious and their work was Frst Class. They made a stressful time so much better. These women were precious.

I’ll start off by saying my house is clean and Lupe’s team did a good job. If that’s all you’re looking for you can stop reading here. If you’re interested in a rant based purely on my own personal opinions detailing who this service is ideal for and who may want to look into other options, read on.

If you need a paper trail and documentation (think cleaning related to insurance claims or business tax write-offs) this is the cleaning service for you. If you’re concerned about safety and security or keep valuables in your home, also a great company as they boast staff background checks. If your project is time sensitive, you need a team in order to get it done in a small time frame or need to book last minute, you’ve found your match!

Now, if you’re like me and the above items are not of much importance to you, you could end up with some buyer’s remorse when all is said and done. When you are dealing with a company that has overhead costs and uses tools like Docusign for contracts and Service Autopilot for invoicing, you will pay a premium for the convenience of those tools. They even have a client portal. This could be a great value add for a certain type of customer but unfortunately that’s not me.

If you have a small modest home like me, if your cleaning needs are not so complex as to need a team, if you don’t need record keeping or documents generated from centralized business platforms, you can likely have your cleaning needs met with a more affordable option. You may just want to go with that referral from someone you know, aka the cleaning lady your coworker or family member told you about who does a great job but you have to pay in cash. Now if you need something more sophisticated but maybe not quite at the commercial level, Lupe is your girl! Me, I’m just a working mom who needed a more detailed clean in between the general cleaning I regularly do. I got that, but at a premium I feel was a little overpriced for the actual cleaning I received.

Lupe was very helpful in arranging a one time deep clean for a house I was preparing to sell. Her crew was very thorough and the result was great! They stayed in touch with me with updates during the cleaning and followed up with me when finished to make sure I was pleased with their service. I highly recommend them for any cleaning services needed.

I contacted Lupe after finding her cleaning service on Google and I am so glad I did!

I’m a full time working parent and part time student, my spouse works full time and travels for work, and having someone help with house cleaning means not stressing over when/if it gets done. Honestly, I tried finding house cleaning services twice before and they didn’t work out - one could only schedule on weekends and that doesn’t work for my family, the other I couldn’t get in touch with after two phone calls and a calendar appointment for consultation. I may not be the only customer lost by that business.

When I called Lupe’s number from Google, she answered the phone herself. I described what I was looking for and she was able to schedule two technicians to perform a deep cleaning inside my home the next day. The original appointment time changed after booking, but Lupe messaged me to keep me updated. When her technicians, Jessica and Meghan, came to my home, they were kind, respectful, and thorough. Jessica even made my kids’ beds look better than they ever do, which was beyond my expectation and it delighted me!

From first contact to the end of initial service, I appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and the fresh, clean feeling of my home afterward. I’m so glad I was able to connect with Lupe and will continue using her business on a regular basis. Thank you!

Carla and Claudia were wonderful, they came and went straight to working right away. They covered so much and made my home so much nicer. Very respectful and friendly!

I’ve never used any cleaning services before so I cannot compare but wow, they really made an amazing first impression and earned my trust. I was very embarrassed by how dirty and messy things were. Life just got busy and my home got out of hands. However, not once did any of the professional ladies made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable.

I truly respect what Lupe’s cleaning services did for me, it means more than they know. Sure I could have put some gloves on and did some cleaning myself, but honestly I would never cover as much as they did in the time that they did or as effectively! They really know what they’re doing and they sure as heck earned my business for a lifetime. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. The ladies that arrived to clean my mother's home were hardworking, friendly and very thorough in their work. The home had tons of dog hair from our German Shepherd but the hair and dander was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. It feels better to even breathe in the home now. The owner Lupe is very communicative and kept me in the loop with questions I had. I highly recommend this service for whatever level of cleaning you need.

Impressive. I was extremely happy with the service. They picked up the phone and scheduled me for the very next day. Showed up on time ready to go. The whole experience was very professional but friendly too. Lilia and Miriam were great. Girls work super fast and efficient and were careful with my things. They cleaned my kitchen, front room and bathroom. Got all the hard water soap scum off the shower tile. Did all my cabinets, appliances, fridge and stove, too. My stovetop was filthy and looks brand new now. Everything smells good and looks shiny. Best part is they followed my instructions especially not to use chemicals on my new polished concrete floor. I will be recommending them to my mother in law. We've both tried other maids who straight up just don't show up! I'm so excited to have found Lupe's.
