The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He laid down drop cloths before bringing his equipment in. He also took pictures of the air ducts before and after cleaning which showed the work they did. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Bait and switch. My estimate was about $300 for duct cleaning, but the tech shows up and right away "finds" all sorts of additional work that "has to be done", and hands me an estimate for $1200! Well, we negotiated our way down to something more reasonable, but still in excess of the original estimate, and he goes to work and does the job. Along the way, he broke two of the handles on my duct boxes, nicked a large chunk of paint off my wall with his equipment, and left me picking pieces of insulation off the floor under each of my ducts.
