I have been using regular service through Talos for about a year now. The same technician (Guillermo) comes to my home, always checks in and provides fast and effective service. No bugs!

Talos Pest Control has been wonderful in not only the monthly services, but also when we have a hive that needs live removal

*update: adding one star. I had to find another company to remove the hive for me. But Telos offered to clean up the dead bees in the kitchen and give me $200 refund
Original: I’m leaving this review because I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Before the bees were in the vent flying outside but now they got into my house! Instead of killing them they trapped them alive in my vent! Bees are everywhere, even in the fans of air conditioners! The house’s venting system is now full of bees thank to them! This is RIDICULOUS because I paid literally $700 which only made the situation worse

JB is a true professional. He notified us of his arrival and spent time asking if any specific needs or areas of concern we thought needed his attention. JB also took time to point some areas attracting mosquitoes. We took care of that. Great service! Thx

Joey was very professional and has very good customer skills. However, the $850 quote was too high for maybe the easiest bee hive removal. I was told that part of the reason for the high cost is the transportation to Imperial Valley. Suggestion: find a local bee keeper (they're out there) and pass down the savings to your customers.

So impressed with Talos. My initial contact was several months ago and it was really just a question. I saved the number as Nice guy Termite service. When I contacted them yesterday, I was able to schedule an inspection for this morning. Joey was extremely polite, did a thorough inspection, and gave me reasonable options for treatment. Highly recommend Talos.

We’ve been with Talos about 2 years now and have always had the best service! Our tech Joe is always super knowledgeable,,thorough, very communicative as well as respectful of your property. The office is easy to communicate with too and can reschedule via text which I love for our ever changing schedules. Always nice to support a small local business too!!

They were wonderful. They listened carefully when I mentioned it was important to not break tiles. They also double checked what we were supposed to pack and packed up stuff that we missed. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone, Jim and Barb

While the quality of the service itself is good, the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.This is the third time the technician has shown up without an appointment.
After the last visit, I clearly asked to be contacted before coming, yet they still arrived without any notice. Because of this, only the front of my house was treated again, even though I’m paying for a full service including the backyard.
This level of disregard for customer requests is very disappointing, and it made me lose trust in the company. They seriously need to improve their communication.
